Google 'slum tower', there are real places like that in places like Bolivia and Peru where companies started building 80-storey buildings and then ran out of money and the homeless moved in. They are like vertical Kowloon walled cities with kids playing on 50th floor balconies. Now people even build more floors on the top of them...
