- Well Well Well :D A little bit of mild spice and it comes alive aww yiss! It's actually really nice to drive with this lite tune applied and you can push it good in battle. The progressive springs still aren't my style however I am curious to learn more about them and I left them on the car for now since it drives a lot better with additional ride height. I will find a body that will live on this car in a more permanent sense since I don't want to run this one too much longer unless it's for special occasions. The next things I will experiment on with this SD 2.0 is the chassis flex by removing some screws on the bottom of the car. Also trying different spring setups with the progressive style springs soon as well. There might be one night where I try the Yokomo optional soft directional springs :D Overall very happy with the performance right now in this v1.5 lite tune mode :D Shoutout to Nick for driving the beast around the track and thru the gutter runs :D Enjoy the video!
I love watching your shakedown videos Nezo ! The passion you have for RWD drifting ,and helping others succeed is amazing.
Freaky awesome to watch, with a good driver in the controls 👍
Love my SD2.0 changed out the front springs to get rid of the bounce, running -4° camber rear, -5° front, Acuvance xarvis xx, 10.5 fledge with high torque rotor, Acuvance Blaze capacitor, Gyd550, sp03 servo & rear mounted esc.
Heck yiss :D :D
This is identical to what I just ordered how do you like it
Love the content dude I can't wait till October to slide with ya again!!!!!
Sadly I ended up getting a bit of covid LOL
Nice! Come to think of it. As the new knuckles are close to the old design I bet you can use the 45 degree ballends and a couple of spacers instead of the straight one on the front lower arms so that you can move the front lower arms all the way to the front and still be able to make use of the stoppers to keep more of that full lock goodness. And compensate with a 2.5mm spacer on each of the top shock balljoints because of moving the front lower arm forwards of course 😃
Yiss I think that is quite possible :D
Sounds exactly like what I have done…😎
Mine is -2 toe out
-4 camber front
-1 camber rear
It’s sick now.
Love the videos mate keep up the shakedowns 🤘🏻👍🏻
I just finished building my MD2.0 it’s awesome and sexy 🤩🤓😎🥳
Heck yiss great success!! Thank you for watching! :D
Sounds similar to my sd2.0 lol I run like -7 front - 3 rear and my shocks use the longer ends to give me more ride height. Definitely love mine. I may buy another sd2.0 down the line or the md 2.0 if it’s good.
I just want the coloured SD 2.0 now :D
Dear Nezo you tried so many high end drift cars, what do you think? If we want your recommendations for top 3 or 5 ? Regards.
Hello, sorry for late reply. Top 3 right now: Reve-D RDX, SD 2.0 & MD 1.0 Coloured Edition.
@@BadShoppe thank you for your reply, I bought the MD2.0 😅 I will try to live with it 🙈
I am a bit of a noob. Are the knuckles the front steering blocks? And did you take the spacers out of that part of the assembly? Thank you for your help and time! And what does that do?
Yiss knuckles and front steering blocks (where the bearings, axle and wheel attach to) are the same thing. I ran the spacers in the manufacturer's suggested settings (box stock). You can use those spacers to adjust the offset of the wheel's mounting hex block on the front axle.
I just got one of these in purple. I’m not sure which motor or esc or servo to get. Should i get all yokomo stuff? I was thinking of getting acuvance rad and acuvance fledge 10.5t. Idk what pinion to get. Idk which radio set up to use. I am a rookie but i want to buy once. What are your thoughts?
Sorry for delay in reply. I've been using my Acuvance setup a bit more recently and I love the smoothness of the ESC and motor together. Yokomo's stuff is also nice and the price points are fairly close. The Yokomo system is a bit more user friendly tuning wise but the Acuvance tuning is deeper.
Nezo🙌🙌🤘🤘🤘,any different between 1.0 and 2.0 SD ??, and also about the handling
Yiss major handling differences. I prefer the SD 2.0 because of the better handling.
Please help. I have the same car with hobbywing xd10 pro and d10 10.5t. I have seen so many combinations and suggestions for boost and turbo timings. For smooth concrete what should I set the boost and turbo timings to?
I can't remember exactly the range numbers for that ESC but usually I'm in between 20-30 degrees in booth boost and turbo settings
why does the rd2.0 seem better than the SD and MD?
Hey, what were the parts installed on that bad boy again?🎉
Which parts?
What is the front white spring?
Doesn't look like progressive spring to me
That is correct, it is not progressive, i got that mixed up :)
Do you have any advice for setup a balm v2?
Currently no as I have not played with my GALM that much yet
