Personally, I like the design of the cover screen on the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) much more. However, I 100% trust Samsung when it comes to stability and durability of the hinge and folding screen. That's why I'll buy the Z Flip 6.
Have you had any issues with your flip 5? I also have a flip 5 since it was released but I'm kinda over it bc randomly the bezel near the hinge broke off also my screen protector is looking kinda old (haven't gotten my free replacement yet) I do love the phone but not even after a year I'm already having these issues (others have the same broken bezel so it might be common but I'm not sure) I'm already thinking of going back to a non flip phone which is sad bc I waited years to make the change in the first place ..

I've been a z flip user since the 3 came out. my flip 5 has been the sturdiest flip i've owned so far. ive dropped it a ton and the phone is still fine. I use a spigen thin fit pro case for context on protection. the crease is fine, no issues w/ crease. my screen protector hasn't started to peel either. opening/closing the phone feels exactly the same as it did when i first got it.

Don't worry. Just wait another two or three months and you should probably get it for almost half the price or something. Starting at €1200, it's already selling for as little as €750 at certain shops in Germany.

Love how touch controls remain with edge touch control as pinch controls on the originating competitor are VERY slow to action and response (.7seconds). 0.7 seconds for 1 action doesn't seem bad but to FWD/RWD a few tracks in a row youll very much notice the difference eith AirPods Pro/Pro 2 with that slow implementation. Touch is THE way. I LOVE the LED Blade lights ! Would live to see 6-12 colour's variation in the next versions and to sync colour's to music playback like Phillips LED home lights or same colour's and pulse rhythm with sharing audio with another person with same headphones. Maybe an over the air model version will have this feature later this year?! I've patented that pay me Samsung I'm THE Sam Sun of a G ;)
