The only problem for me would be the stairs. I am afraid of curbing stairs and as I get older I don’t like to deal with them…

It's cheap as chips and has outdoor space which is unusual for a property this cheap so there's going to be compromises!
A bath? In Spain? In Andalucia? Not very hygienic ….. walk in shower is more civilised and clean, and fresh (cool) for those hot summer days. I am in Valencia and 5 showers a day is a must, five baths sounds like hell on earth to me
