Those bargains you are showing are almost impossible too find. Also be cautious with scammers. Do your proper research. I've been coming too Spain sinds 2009. And gonna move there in less than 3 years. Prices did go up 3 to 7 times, depending on the region. Thanks too many expats, mostly English and Dutch, who bought up a lot off properties and selling them at high prices or renting them out at insane prices. Villa's that did cost 180/200k are now between 500k and 1 million. I know a lot off expats living in Spain, and all saying the same.

@@baggedasix5319 thank you for sharing this, it’s too bad properties are sold overpriced. I know the rental prices are insane in all popular places including Spain , Greece , Italy and so on. Let’s hope this madness will stop one day 😀

@ExpatTheExplorer yes well said overpriced. Spanish people can't afford it. So they need expats too buy them. There are insane amount of houses for sale in Spain.

This is only in a very few hot spots. Away from these hot spots the vast majority of Spanish property market is a nightmare. I owned a property in region of Valencia about 30 miles inland for 18 years. We fully renovated, extended, added a pool, landscaped the gardens. It took 3 years to sell it and I lost €120000. I know of many other people both expats and Spanish nationals who just cannot sell, and if they do the prices show no increase from the 2008 crash levels. Do not be fooled by a very few hotspot stories. Spanish property generally is NOT a good investment

Be cautious about purchasing property in Spain.
In late 1960's and early 1970's many English put huge deposits on empty land for new houses to be built . Everything was expertly done except the building companies used their own Solicitors. There's the fall the catch. None of these people ever got their house or money back . They were paying money monthly and the sellers were not even Spanish.
    Be cautious please.

In Spain the main and only official language is Spanish also known as Castilian not Spanglish. We are Europeans and we are from the first world, not the third world. We love our language and culture.
The official language of Spain is Spanish, also known as Castilian (castellano). It is the most widely spoken language in the country.
In addition to Spanish, Spain recognizes several regional languages that are co-official in their respective regions.
      These include:
      • Catalan (català), co-official in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and Valencia (where it's called Valencian).
      • Basque (euskara), co-official in the Basque Country and parts of Navarre.

They left out how bad crime is & how badly that you will be treated by the locals. No jobs, no money, & they blame you for the cost of living going up! You can't have anything nice because it will get destroyed. So crappy car & crappy scooter. Without the modern conveniences that you are used to. Heath care is also bad. Do your research first. There is a reason that it's so cheap actually a lot of reasons.
