    Same here didi.
    Actually Mera right knee fracture hua he 2020 me so me koi exercise nai kar sakti.
    Par Feb 2022 me family me shadi thi us waqt Jo kapde pehne the wo kapde March ending me muje nai ho paye.
    Itana teji se weight badhne laga.
    Us waqt mera weight 74-75 hua karta tha abhi vo 82 ho gaya.

    बहुत बढ़िया रोल 💓💓 और प्लीज ये भी बताइए की आपने वजन कम करने के लिए क्या क्या एक्सरसाइज की और खाने में क्या क्या खाया, मुझे भी थायराइड है और वजन बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, बीस तरह की बीमारियां और आ रही हैं साथ में, जमीन पर बैठ न पाना, बैठ जाओ तो जल्दी उठ न पाना, सीढ़ी चढ़ते में सास फूलना, ये सब दिक्कत शुरू हो चुकी है। मैं बहुत परेशान हूं क्योंकि खाने में कुछ भी ऐसा नहीं खाती जो तेल या ज्यादा कैलोरी का हो, बट फिर भी वजन बढ़ते जा रहा। आप प्लीज बताएं की आपने क्या क्या किया जिससे वजन कम होना शुरू हुआ 🙏💓

    Cvc checkup karaya apne kya mai bhi thyroid pecent hun kafi jada thi 65 % but ab normal h fir bhi medicine chal rahi aur jo dard apne bataya wo mujhe en dino kafi rahta tha ab to yendi me pain rahta hai khana sahi na pachna time se na sona aninidra problem sab sahi rahen sahen jab nahi hota tab humari maseen kaise kaam karegi coller jab 12 ghante ac band karni padti hai to hum apne aap ko thakate qu h kisi bhi bajah se aram nahi karte to yese me kitne din chalenge esliye khud ka khayal khud hi rakh lena chahiye ab quki jindgi bahut badi hai kab kaon sa grah dasa aya hume nahi pata esliye rojana paidal chal ke saam ki arti pooja mandir gurudware jana bahut jaroori hai mere kanha dudh pite hai man se kiya koi kam jaya nahi jata bas aap man ko majbut banaye achhi diet par dhayan den sab thik ho jayega jai shrikrishna radhe radhe 🌺🙏🌸

    आप वैसे ही अच्छे लगते हो ज्यादा पतले मत होना बस क्यों कि ज्यादा पतले होने से चेहरा भी कमजोर लगता है बस हेल्दी होना चाहिए😊😊वैसे तो ज्यादा वजन भी अच्छी बात नही मेरा वजन भी 90 kg है और में बहुत कुछ करती हूँ पर कम ही नही होता क्या करूं पर आप तो ज्यादा ठीक हो अच्छे हो
