I had never actually watched the 2nd and 3rd seasons of Manalorian. Watching the Sudden Giant Alligator scene actually literally made my jaw drop. That was so bafflingly stupid.
At least it wasn't a Big Lipped Alligator moment
I liked season 1, actually. At least the start was decent, I liked Mando caring for The Child (before they gave him a name.)

I just can't fathom the reason they haven't put effort into what they've already done, only to make a quite intriguing section of an otherwise miserable series. Like did a temp sneak in dressed up as someone important?

Bring back Grogu for no reason - on another show no less - make returning to Mando plot so irrelevant it not even the main focus of the show - plus it okay for the female one to take off her helmet?? - Same finale bad guy again, showing the imcompendence of the new republic making leia whole life feel really meaningless if that what she fought for, and that pointless plot of bringing back the robot if it not even him, what an fall

You could do so much with them trying to reclaim Mandalore
Have conflicts about how things are meant to be reconstructed or reestablished
Show how they get rid of all that Crystal stuff on the surface

There are so many examples in history of diaspora groups returning to their homeland and restoring their nation; so many examples these writers could have used for inspiration. But no, we have to do silly bullshit.

I have nothing to add. But im watching this in my car and i feel i must say something. Its pointless to rehash everyones opinions but i may go crazy if i dont get out that this show is straight up a worthless, frustratingly, insultingly, so very very STUPID. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I dont care what age you are or where youre from or how intelligent you are or how much you love starwars or what country you live in or if you have kids or not. A show isnt good because 1% of it makes sense or is entertaining. Again, im sorry but i just have to say. God help us all.
2:20:00 Now, to be fair, there are some of loopholes like that in some Earth's countries too. For example, you aren't allowed to own sharpened swords, sabres and long military-use daggers in Russia.. unless (it was gifted as part of your military service OR) it's part of your ethnic attire. Really. It's actually quite hilartious if you consider that the ones who get to have melee ready for use weapons are the most barbaric and agressive cultures among 100 minority groups that live in Russia and all others should deal with it.
