Great vlogg Tom - obviously the main issue with that hotel has to be the noise from the building site right next door ! Although the soundproofing works very well the outside spaces ( pool ) will still be noisy / dusty etc. Very convenient for Central Festival and Soi Baukhao. Chok dee on your next tour. 🍺👍😎🇬🇧😁🙏🇹🇭🛵🎥🐲
Great review Tom. All items in the mini bar are stickered so not replaceable from Family mart or 7/11. Price is not too bad thou if you use the items. Stayed in LK at top of Soi New Plaza on Soi Buakhow and yes showers are cold so must be a LK thing. Looking forward to your next hotel review.
nice place. I like the Areca Lodge myself. but either way a great area to stay in. Lk metro is right there and soi honey and soi pothole are a few blocks away.
Love this hotel but had got quite expensive. Unless you pay for a top room you have to climb or fall in to the high sided bath tub for a shower and then end up flooding your bathroom. Hotel is spacious and spotlessly clean and staff are friendly.

I’ve stayed at the LK Residence 3 times. Very much enjoyed everything about it. Location and bed comfort are my top priority. Staying at the Base due to requirements this next time. We will see the difference.

Love this hotel, some people have said about the shower over bath combo but if you pay a bit extra baht the deluxe rooms and the suites have a walk in shower, also the pool is small but it's only a small hotel, about 70 rooms, was there for a month last year and I don't think I see more than 3 people at the pool all month, excellent hotel
Where the condo is now it used to be the Hotel Diana. That's where I stayed for a month when I visited Pattaya 10 ye ars ago. I hired a moter bike from a guy in front of that beer bar
If you look up just a bit farther I'm on the 23Rd floor of the Base. I'm pissed at Sansiri they are going to kill my view and, the daytime noise is constant until about 4 P.M. Time to move from the Base !!!
Yes, I stayed here as well. The showers are always cold and the steam never works. But Besty doesn't try to over sell. He tells it like it is. And frankly you will find many problems in every Pattaya hotel and they always try to charge quite high prices for SEAsia . Its just the way it is. And as we know by Bestys last trip, restaurants can be very problematic in Pattaya and very expensive. Its just the way it is.

Ben Engelsmann Do What I do......all the loose change you get in Coins, put it all in a glass until it’s time to go home. Give it all to the Cleaners, there will be a good amount saved up depending how long you stay. They will be grateful for it. Also if you’re leaving anything behind like Kitchen Utensils, Shampoos, Food Stuffs what you’ve bought, give it the Cleaners. I had about 250 Baht left on one of the Food Court Cards I was using so it came in handy for one of the Cleaners, she got a few meals on that Card for sure.
@Fino Menezes also as in LK metro, yes, it's one family, they park their Bentley in LK mansion at the far end of soi Buakhao, easy to recognise, the registration is 8888 and is worth more than the car!

I use to stay here when it first opened and was LK Renaissance hotel. Not too shabby

Tucking into a full English a premier inn while watching your vlog here in the wet U.K. but land in Thailand on Xmas day

I had to check on agoda. Br guesthouse is now 13 quid a night. It does have aircon though and looks OK but old.
