Great timing Jeff! Thank you for the good info, I am just starting to look for my new career. You have helped me previously with work email organization tips. Fantastic content as always!
Hey Jeff, thanks for the tips! Wondering if it's good practice to reach out to those who are currently in the role you want to be in at the company as well?
Why new joiner? I assume they'd be the least helpful as they have the least pull. Unless its a stepping stone to find out about the process and getting names of people to reach out to that were involved during their process. Can someone explain?
What's the difference between this method and directly searching for the target company in the search bar and then clicking Posts? I can see that the results show different posts (or at least in some different order, but both default to 'Top match' so probably different lists), but not sure how the criteria for each differ.
What a fuckn pain in the ass just to get a decent job. I envy when you could just apply to where you wanted to work, do well on the interview, and get the position
For the first time I've seen someone's video about LinkedIn and it's actually informative.
Thank you!
Finally, Stalking can be used for a good cause.😊
Hahahaha true
😅
Indeed

I can always rely on your channel for the most helpful career related content. Thank you, God bless you and keep helping people
It's my pleasure 😁
A legitimately useful video. Thx!
You're very welcome!
Fantastic! Thanks
No problem 😁
Great explanation. Totally agree!
Thanks 😁

Yes of course 😁
What an idea!
It's pretty awesome 😁
In Poland:
> Go to a factory
> Talk to the boss
> You are hired
Wait really?
It's true but you will work for minimum wage that will barely cover rent and food
Any advice for those that just want a good paying job but don’t desire a specific company/role
It's really hard to find a job like that, it's like trying to find *any* romantic partner

I see in 'All filters', there's an option to sort by 'Latest', but also 'Top match'. What does top match mean? Best match for me in what way?
According to LinkedIn!
😂 where did you get your flannel… I want one lol
Lululemon 😂
But why they would accept your connection if they don’t know you?
The same reason you might help a stranger 😁
Because you know where they work
Well most may not but some might so as with Linkedin it's a numbers game!!
👏👏💯
😁😁
Why would you want to connect with people who are new hires at a company?
Because they just went through the onboarding process :)
@@JeffSumakes sense because the interview process might change every now and then
All I can see is company posts. I wonder which filter I missed. Global searched and the filtered by posts and author company.
Did you run a blank search under posts first?
But what to do to connect with them deeply
Watch the full LinkedIn video 😂

Different ordering I think (I'm not 100% sure either to be honest)

I know right 😂
Bro how to do cold calling properly to recruiters ? Also how to message hiring manager on LinkedIn..
I have an entire playlist on networking 😁
What does it achieves?
Finding the right people to connect with
@@JeffSu are they going to hire me without using recruitment system?
Mate I get enough useless recruiters I don't need more, I need them to be willing to pay a proper wage
Just remember LinkedIn is not your only tool. Explore more 😊
Agreed!
What other tools available do you know?
