This has been so timely for me. Feeling this way is ‘temporary’, is such a good reminder. Your calm, loving nature and authentic delivery is the best way to receive such great wisdom. Really enjoying all your videos. 🙏
I searched for feeling aimless and here you are, you have been my mentor, my elder sister and can't thank you enough. No words! Imma crying.. thank you 🤗
Sadia, of all the quotes you have ever used in your videos, your mom's quote is the best! It brought tears to my eyes, as I also live far from my family and friends - so very relatable to me. Thank you for sharing your vulnerable side with us and wish you to soon feel calm and confident. You bring a lot of meaning and joy into this world by creating quality content and I am sure - not only this ❤
Currently battling imposter syndrome while waiting to graduate in two months and I just feel so lost as to what I want in my career and where I want to be in life. Thank you for the video ❤️
The words "It's OK to do not have all the answers right know." are just so soothing in this moment... I'm just in this situation of another big change by following my heart, but taking my mind with me. So this video comes to the very right time. Thanks a lot Sadia, keep going on with all your heart and creativity. ❤️
Feeling unsure and lost is part of life but going through it and to find out what's right is really hard. The quote of your mom is really helpful. Thank you for sharing 💚
I'm so happy to see the comments. To see I'm not alone in this. To all the lost people out there, let's embrace this uncertainty of direction, career or relationships, whichever we're going through. Take just the next step. For me right now, it's s my spiritual practice. I'll go do that. Thank you Sadia, this, is a sweet video 💛
I really understand your feelings about living away from family. I grew up in Eastern Canada, left my family to move to Alberta for 3 years. I made so many friends in Alberta and being in the beautiful mountains weekly was so good for my mental health. I'm glad that your mom is wise, because I felt pressured by my family to come back. I did and I'm there for my family, but I have no close friends and can no longer hike in the mountains and I miss it so much. Sometimes ''home'' is not always where your family is, but where your soul connects to nature and people and feels like home...
"Shine just enough light to see only one step of the path ahead of you at a time." That's what I needed to hear. You mother sounds so wise ! Thanks for sharing her words.
"You will have everything you've ever wanted in your life, just never all at the same time" I get the feeling this quote from your mom will be very important in my life too.
i have suffered from stress, anxiety and depression for years. i struggle to feel like I know which way is up at the moment and listening to this makes a lot of sense to me, so thank you Sadia x
@@PatriciaScarpinTK I hope you'll see the light! It is not easy, talking with people that you love will make it a little easyer. Spend time with you and kids if you have. Just stay in present. (I was there too). I don't know you but i send you a big hug from far away. You are not alone, just look around you🤗🤗🥰🥰
The way of your conveying your messages, thoughts, ideas, and feelings has saved me this morning. I love your calmness, kindness, and a real sympathy that I can feel through the video. Thank you! And I hope that you're having a good day today ☘️
This is exactly what I needed in the season that I am in. Thank you, Sadia ♥️ Truly appreciate the honestly, clarity, and transparency that you are also figuring things out! Your momma’s words are gems 💎

Being between two loves is terribly hard. I’m in the US again but long to return to Germany. To have the push-pull between counties is challenging. Your mom is so wise and right! We have only this one life and it’s not possible to have everything we want at once. Love your cinematography in this video. Gorgeous!
I love how relevant and efficient your thoughts are in each of your videos about thinking, overthinking, directions, life purpose. You say the unsaid (what the main idea implies), that's good to hear too. I love your solutions as well, it can relieve. Thanks for the PDF!
i totally agree. hey btw lise, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
I connect so strongly with the idea of wanting what you can't have in a country far from home. I think living abroad is the ultimate experience in not being able to have all the things you want at the same time, because you're always aware of what you have or what you're missing. Your mom's words bring me such incredible comfort, honestly. But also the idea that while I might miss some of the aspects I can't have in my life abroad, that they're not aspects I actively want at the moment, even if I might miss them.
Thank you for these words, I'm also living abroad for 2 years now and missing my family (in The Netherlands ;) ) and being torn in loving living here and wishing to go back. Your quote is very recognizable "You will have everything you've ever wanted in your life, just never all at the same time"
Thank you Sadia and Pick up limes 💗🙏🌹 your videos are so comforting and give me a sense of home. Like you, I am vegan from BC who lives in Europe because my husband is European and I met him in Asia. I am very happy but, being human, I do sometimes feel homesick. Your videos give me a familiar comfort. And I really appreciate the beauty you add to your videos, the plants and flowers, nice plates, the food, And f course your wisdom and sweetness!💗🥰🙏
Hi Sadia... I was feeling very low right now. Just had an argument with my dear one. I was weeping. Then there you are... Thank you so much, dear... You don't know me, but I'm here from the beginning. I am very happy with your content. Whenever I feel stressed out, I came back to your videos. Your videos always come in the right time. Sadia, I don't know how to express my love and gratitude 💕💕 Wish you all success in the world.

Just had some really emotional days since I had to change all of my plans for the rest of this year - felt a bit lost about where to go. But Sadia, what you said in your video just reminds me that I will have everything i have ever wanted in my life, but just never all at the same time. I will focus one thing at a time and therefore there will be no other worries for me rn. Take it slowly, everyone, we will get what we want during the journey..
Your videos are soooooo calming! I love your energy. As a Dutchie living in the US I really relate to things you talk about (+ it's fun to see footage of you living in my home country). Thanks for making this!
Sadia, I just want to say thank You. Your energy, even through the screen, calms me down and helps to clear my mind. I can just imagine what it would be like to have a coffee with You! This video came just at the right moment. Hugs from a fellow foreigner living in the Netherlands :)
Your Mum’s quotes are incredible, what inspirational words. You seem to be one of the same, a beautifully inspiring person making such a difference to people without even realising it. Thank you. x
I've been following your channel for so many years now. I have recommended it to friends and used it for myself also. There is always something calming and nourishing about all your videos. I'm not a vegan yet but you inspire me and your values speaks to me. This particular video prompted me to appreciate what you have shared and how much it has helped me. I feel so fulfilled finally letting you know this. Not sure if you will find my comment but it gives me immense joy to have put it out there. Hope our paths cross at some point. Thank you so much for everything. Lots of love and care from India
Needed this thank you Sadia. I feel I had a whole journey with yours I started watching you since the beginning when I wanted to become vegan and you still have me hooked. I respect and admire you and you truly contributed in my life ☺️☺️
You’re really an awesome human being. Your videos are more often than not about how to share what worked for you and you believe can make the life of others easier and better. The light of your spirit shines through 🥰
This came to me at such a perfect time. I’ve been feeling so lost for so long. Becoming a mom during the pandemic.. feeling like I’ve lost the freedom I used to have, especially being only in my mid -20s my old friends are living vastly different lives than me. I wanted so badly to start a family and I’m happy that I’m a mom but I’ve definitely felt a loss of self over the last couple years. Thank you so much for your wisdom.. Going to print off this guide right now 💕
It will go faster than you can imagine. One day you will wake up and your kids will be grown. Cherish the years while they are young. And, there is life after children are gone. Trust me❤️
Thank you for these words. Feel like so many of us are struggling for many different reasons. Knowing we are all together in this, and how many we are is a good reminder that taking the time to ask ourselves the right questions, and to find our answers, when the time comes, is essential. Keep on doing what you love because is so great.

Hey Marcella, I have been through the loss of my father unexpectedly and suddenly... Just to share with you- no matter what people tell us to comfort us, we never really recover from such a loss, but trust time to help you learn how to live with the pain.... You are strong and doing awesome.... Hang in there and with time, slowly life will start fitting back in... Sending you lots of love, hugs and healing energy 🙏✨🍀

Hi, I’m going through the same situation. My dad died last month in an accident. I am feeling lost and I feel so sorry for my mum too. I miss him so much . Hope we will feel better at some point in life. I never knew grief is this painful 😣

Dear Sadia. I can't even start to tell you all the things you have done or all thr ways you have inspired or helped me in. When I feel anxious and disturbed I sometimes play old videos on the channel because your calm voice soothes my nerved. This video has come at a time when I am actually feeling completely lost, struggling everyday and feeling like a failure every night. Thank you and also a huge thanks to your mom for the words you shared today. Tomorrow I will start trying again and maybe in time find some peace. Thank you.
The timing of this couldn’t be better. After dreaming for what felt like my whole life, I finally moved abroad. I didn’t realize how much I’d miss or how hard it would be. I barely know what’s going to happen next month. Let alone in a year. With all the pressures of finding your career and what’s next, I’ve never felt so lost of disconnect. Your videos have helped me through so much, but this one is on another level. 🙏🏼
Thank you so much for this. I've been depressed to the point that my life seems like a repetitious cycle of routine. This really brought a sense of warmth and comfort.
Oh yes there have been times in my life where I have felt very llost. When this happens I ask myself is what im currently doing making me feel happy, spiritually physically, mentally and emotionally. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Sadia. I am living in Germany with my husband and 2 kids but I am from Malaysia. I did have this feeling of missing home so much especially during the corona pandemic. At the moment our family is going through mental health challenges and I am so busy taking my son to therapists and doctors that I am not taking care of my own anxieties. I’m going to make an appointment for myself first thing tomorrow. This was such a timely reminder. I wish you peaceful day.
Fantastic video and it’s so refreshing to see a free pdf on TH-cam, normally people want money for them. I have found reading “the untethered soul” has helped me so much with anxiety.
Hey Sadia, i'm so thankful for your videos... you motivate me! I love the way you speak and i just love you!!! I'm always exited for the next video... and you're the reason why i started to eat much more healthier. A huge THANK YOU for all what you're doing, from me! Please never stop :)
This video's timing was amazing!! I have been feeling low lately, lost a little bit post a major surgery at 27 years of age, making me question a lot of things I generally do in life! Your voice and content is so soothing and meaningful! A longtime fan of your channel. ❤️
In terms of content, this one is one of the best ones yet. There is a difference between being intelligent and being wise and you are both. A rarity. Best to you both from Poland!

The power of being in a positive community as PUL is so comforting. I've also lately been going through this hard phase of trying to find out what am I really capable of. PUL videos have always been timely for me. To know that these thoughts are not mine alone makes me feel less lonely and to take things more lightly. I've also learned to enjoy the experience and learn something new everyday even if its trivial. I've learned experiences refine me. If you have all the answers, life is too boring. As always, thank you Sadia❤
Another amazing video from Sadia! And so relatable. Especially the living abroad being torn between loves. Love of family, and love of your partner, oh, and love of travel. That quote is eye-opening! "You will have everything you've ever wanted in your life, just never all at the same time." I really love that. Thanks so much for all your amazing insights!

Can't believe it...I'm a woman in her 55 and at this moment so stressed at the office...absolutely exhausted fighting day by day trying to survive over the new tech era as well as with the proffesionalism of the new coworkers with little experience but with high level of knowledge in all areas....and you just appeared with your lovely and smoothly voice giving us the guide and showing us how to manage with our frustration when we feel lost...thank you so much for being there 💗
Thank you very much for sharing this. Been feeling lost for a while now with the anxiety and uncertainty of what you think the future should hold for you. Couldn’t agree with you more when you said “I personally think that it’s a little bit of a myth that there is a single purpose for everyone out there in the world that we just have to find”. A lot of times I think the difficulty isn’t in life not going the way we want it to but is not being able to cop with that change itself. It can get overwhelming at times to know there are so many things that are not in our control. Thank you for reminding again that how important it is to just focus on one thing at a time. This reminded me of a quote by Frank Viktor “When we are no longer able to change the situation we are challenged to change ourselves!“
You are the most inspiring and Beautiful Being ever... So grateful that I have been following you almost from the beginning . You always bring something unique and present in the most creative and still simpliest way to the audience. I can relate when it comes to feeling an outsider, I have moved to Berlin this January, and it can be tough sometimes.
How is it possible from across the other side of the world that when you give these talks your words are aligned exactly with what I need to hear and what is happening in my life at the time .. such a blessing and thank you. Have you ever thought of being a life coach or counsellor .. your voice tone and presence is so nurturing and calming. Sending gratitude and love from Australia 💖💖
This video couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been in such transition the past year and lately have me questioning so many things. Thank you so much ✨
"You will have everything you've ever wanted in your life, just never all at the same time" - now I almost burst into tears. This represents me so much, the dilemma of being abroad with my partner and always missing friends and family, changing from a job I loved in a country I hated to one I don't like nearly as much where I can finally live with my boyfriend and in a much better environment... it will never be perfect, we can't have everything at the same time. I also have anxiety (therapy is indispensable if you can reach it, I agree) and I'm trying to give up the need to control everything because it's just impossible. Thank you so much for this, it's good to connect, to know we are not feeling alone, and your message is so important

"Shine just enough light to see only one step of the path ahead of you at a time."
That's what I needed to hear.
Today I asked the universe to send me a "sign" cause I'm totally feeling lost right now. And there you are :) thank you❤️
I hope you start feeling better 🥺
Same here girl
Asking for signs too 🙏
same here. Going through the end of a 17-year marriage and feeling lost. Thank you, Sadia.
Thank you so much for this, the last few weeks I’ve been completely drowning in the lost feeling. It’s so comforting to know you’re not alone xx
sending love💕 btw rebecca, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
Being between two loves is terribly hard.
Sadia, you are just so comforting to listening to. You feel like home! 💕
I had a near death experience and I've been overthinking my whole life. This helped me, thank you
Sadia, I don't know how to express my love and gratitude 💕💕
Wish you all success in the world.
I'm sorry to hear you guys were having a tough time, Akhila. I'm sending you a big hug. And thank you so much for being here from so early on and for your support - it really means the world 💕
i got chills with the last quote. thank you so much. growing up is so hard and scary. i appreciate your videos they help me along my path
Sadia, i feel like the universe heard me and you posted this video at the right time when I needed it the most. I have been so overwhelmed with school, internships and I feel so stuck. I see all of my friends who have it figured out and I feel like idk what I am doing. Thank you for this ❤️
I was just crying.. i was just crying..n i got this notification.. sadia u hv been such a saviour.. i m feeling totally depressed..i just cant stop crying.. stuck between duty and what heart wants..
Thank you. x
This video gave me such comfort. Thank you ❤
I've been following your channel for so many years now.
The light of your spirit shines through 🥰
Finally 😭😭it’s been quite a along time. I need you PUL soooooooo much!!!!
I have missed this type of content from you. Just such grounded, helpful, uplifting advice for a generation going through so much
This came to me at such a perfect time.
Keep on doing what you love because is so great.
yees i agree💕 hey btw, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
I’ve been feeling lost since my mom passed away, she was my source of wisdom too… thank you for this video, I needed it.
❤
What a beautifully made video, Sadia, and such perfect timing too! Ngl, I got a bit teary eyed multiple times throughout watching this. Thank you so so SO much for creating and sharing this! ❤️ Going to work through the PDF tomorrow 😊
i totallyy agree, i loved this so much! hey btw kanksha, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
Your mom has given you such words of wisdom! Omg. Thank you for this.
I needed to hear this. Thank you so much for talking openly about anxiety. ❤️
The bonus to this video and message is that your voice is so soothing and so gentle. Thank you.
You make our world a better place. Thank you so much.
These little psychological tips I'm sure help a lot of people. I moved to Australia a year ago and share these feelings.
Please, along with your delicious recipes shoot this kind of videos too.
With love
Rita
I’m from France living in Canada so I feel you! It’s never easy to be that far from family but being at home at the same time in our new country. And at the same time feeling like an outsider sometimes.
i believe that its really difficult sometimes 💕 hey btw marion, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
I unexpectedly lost my father at the beginning of the year, so there’s a lot of change and questioning happening in my life right now. Loved your video and I’ll for sure be checking out these prompts. ❤️
@@renukapatankar2185 Hi Renuka, thank you for your kind words and sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is harder than I ever anticipated but I’m slowly learning to live with the grief.
@@eratia13 hey, I lost my father abruptly at 20. 27 now. I will tell you what a good woman told my sister and I, when we were really low: "You'll find it unbearingly at times, but you will develop the tools to get through it." And we did. You will feel normal again, even happy.
Hi, I’m going through the same situation. My dad died last month in an accident. I am feeling lost and I feel so sorry for my mum too. I miss him so much . Hope we will feel better at some point in life. I never knew grief is this painful 😣
@@reelavarghese5467 Sending you lots of healing energy, hugs and love... I know how difficult it gets, just keep pushing and take a step at a time... 🙏✨🍀
This message couldn't have come at a better moment. Thank you for this video and I envy you for having such a warm and wise mother.
Thank you so much for speaking on how I can factor in my values while choosing my passion in life.
Fantastic video and it’s so refreshing to see a free pdf on TH-cam, normally people want money for them. I have found reading “the untethered soul” has helped me so much with anxiety.
i have been watching your videos from over 2 years now and have always helped me Sadia
I think so many of us needed to hear this today! Thanks Sadia 💛
I am extremely grateful! Thank you Sadia...sending love xxx
Thank you for being open and vulnerable about your experiences. Your mom has such wise words!
A rarity. Best to you both from Poland!
i totally agree! hey btw, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
The power of being in a positive community as PUL is so comforting.
Thank you very much for the reminder and for sharing your mother's words of wisdom. Wishing you all the best on your beautiful journey.
Another amazing video from Sadia! And so relatable. Especially the living abroad being torn between loves. Love of family, and love of your partner, oh, and love of travel. That quote is eye-opening! "You will have everything you've ever wanted in your life, just never all at the same time." I really love that. Thanks so much for all your amazing insights!
i agreee, that quote got to me! hey btw alicia, i recently started my own channel where i talk a lot about well-being, self growth and a healthy lifestyle, if you wanna check it out☺️
This video actually made cry. In a good way. Thank you for what you do and for sharing.
Really loved this video and you! You shine ♥️
thank you sadia! currently in university and questioning if I am on the right path, but your words bring me comfort during this stage of my life
You are the most inspiring and Beautiful Being ever...
Greetings from Colombia. Huge admirer of your channel, and just wanted to thank you for being such an inspiring person and communicating peace and hope in times of need. 💛
As so many others here said, this comes just at the right time. Thank you for sharing this. Living in another country and constantly asking yourself if it's the right choice and constantly wanting to be somewhere else is so overwhelming. Sending you much love Sadia ❤️
Thanks for this, I just turned 25 and I don't feel like I know who I am anymore or what I want in life. The quarter life crisis is hitting hard lol. I've felt like I've had all the answers for what I want to do with my life my whole life and now all of the sudden I don't and I'm having to accept that's ok and just keep moving forward. :)
Hey I'm 24 and I'm kind of in the same boat. But it's so nice to see that I'm not the only one at my age!
Thank you. Truly beautiful and helpful. I am so thankful for your channel, and these kind of self help ones are my favourite of your videos.
I love the balance of this channel🧡we do not only get super delicious recipes but also healthy mindset tips🥰thank you Sadia and the rest of the group🧡🧡🧡
❤️
Really amazing. Thank you! Tomorrow I am turning 36 years old. I have been feeling at my very lowest after what I built because I am not where I want to be. This video came just on time and has covered so much thruth. That's amazing to have a mum so supportive and wise like yours. Having that piece of mind/ calmness helps really a long the way 🙌🏼 thank YOU ❤️❤️
Your mom is a wise lady... thank you for sharing with us!
Thank you so much for your honesty and for speaking freely and openly about your personal concerns and vulnerabilities.
You are so wise. You must get it from your mum. There was so much thoughtful and true information in this video. Thank you.
