Thank you, Ben, for another great interview! I and many others are living proof that the principles of neuroplasticity work! My recovery from long Covid has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you and Katie and Nat and the wonderful re-origin community❤
But rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis shift, move around, mitigate and increase with weather conditions and stress and dietary inflammation. You could easily apply mindbody criteria to these conditions, but both are demonstrable on scan, one an autoimmune condition, the other wear and tear on a physically active body over decades, and I'm sure there's crossover there.
Thank you that was excellent I have a lot of those symptoms you mentioned ringing in the ears fatigue tightness in the spine all from dysregulated nervous system and stress I'm learning to regulate my nervous system now I know that I am okay and not damaged
Pain isn’t just about damage,it’s how the brain interprets signals. In small fiber neuropathy, some have severe pain, others don’t, because the brain can amplify or dampen signals through neuroplasticity and sensitization.
Great. Couldn’t stop listening. I tried to figure out what about PENE . Maybe somebody can explain what in the tms sight (sorry for my brainfoggy bad English) is mentioned to do to not go over your current „baseline“ or is it skipping it totally? Thank you.
PENE requires pacing, not pushing past your baseline. Brain retraining can help with nervous system regulation, but it should work alongside pacing, not replace it.
Thankyou both ❤ Dr Schubiner - you and your teachings are restoring my life 🙏

Okay but what about small fiber neuropathy?? How can verifiably damage not cause pain?

Thank you for answering this. Is it what you do in your Programm? Retraining like explained in the interview and pacing? Kind regards from Austria
