KUBOTA TRACTOR PULLS LIKE A DOG!

A change is as good as a rest so this week we decided to give the M7-153 Kubota tractor a try. Huge thanks to @FJS Plant Repairs Ltd for dropping it out to us on demo. FJS Plant specialise in the sale, repair and spare parts for all plant machinery. They are the main dealer for Kubota construction Equipment, liugong Excavators, Furuakawa Rockbreakers, NC Dumpers, Robi Demolition Equipment and are situated in Timahoe, Co.Kildare.
With only 17 hours on the clock, we gave the Kubota a good spin and had it on the road drawing sprouts back to the yard with the Broughan trailer. It was then paired with the dump trailer and headed off to the field where the lads had it working hard , schlipping and schlidding on the soft ground.
So lots of really positive feedback for the Kubota....the orange is a welcome change from the usual colours of the Finnegan's tractors.....you could spot it a mile away.....The final verdict was a good solid tractor, great vision with a big front window and side windows and panel in the roof, comfortable cab and handy barcode for accessing the instruction manual.....and last but not least...just close the eyes and she will pull like a dog!

Deadly video again lads. Kubota have been around for a while and like Japanese cars in the late 70s early 80s they were odd balls until they sorted them now look at the likes of Toyota now plus the own kverneland too

Prob the most popular hobby farm tractor brand in US. Great engineering, reliability and dealer support. Not popular in large commercial tractors versus main US brands who have legacy allegiance.

Great video guys!!! Daddy is some pro driver..... what's the saying... "the OLD dog for the high (boggy) road(field) 🤔😂 great looking tractor ..... no too blingy though but ya wonder who these non main stream makers consult for practical everyday use/design as she could be better in a lot of ways it seems?? 😀

Great review and in all fairness the green and yellow are gone over priced for most farm jobs. Maybe this is where John Deere were 45 years ago

In fairness coming from a fleet of high spec John Deere’s to a relatively new player is a tough call but for someone coming up the way who not used to front suspension or power shift tractors may impress them more . A lot down to value for money too. Do you know how much that model is to buy?

Good honest appraisal of the kubota and ye didn't cut it up and rubbish it against the top spec Deeres and case tractors in the yard. They've had several good dealers in Cork for years and yet haven't made any inroads to the market. I think most guys who are budget conscious tend to lean towards a used Case, Newholland or John Deere etc. Those small annoying things that Paul correctly pointed out could be enough to turn a potential buyer off. I know that I would be slow to get used to niggling things like a clumsy shuttle lever or hitting my head off the mirrors every time etc. So no harm to point these things out. When you're paying out alot of money you shouldn't have to be compromising about somebody else's short sightedness..

@@dannyjones7181 i know its a bit late, but kubota actually offer them in any colour from factory! I presume the more exotic the more expensive, but for how cheap they are, if the only fault is the colour you’d save a lot of money and still have a minty black tractor (or whatever colour you like)

It has a very raw nice sounds like the engine is bad. Very rough noise
