HiBoy x300 Rear Flat Part 2 / How to Stabilize an Inner Tube

In this video Scooter Operations of Phoenix is fixing a Rear Flat on a HiBoy X300 (PART 2). We are specifically fixing the Rear Wheel (Motor Cable quick Detach) on the X300 from HiBoy.
