Health Care culture at RVH needs to change

Following a series of meetings with nurses, consultants, trade unions and senior management at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast to discuss the severe problems faced by the RVH A&E department, Sinn Féin MLA Sue Ramsey calls for the management culture of the hospital to change.
