I have two Chinese ovens from my local surplus supply store I bought in ‘98, have fed my friends,family and I many times. Priceless to me. If we eat it’s good.

How do I find an oven like that absolute monster behind you? Any of those huge ovens, where do you find them?? I cook for hundreds of people once a year and would LOVE to have any one of those huge ones.
lol yeah that is a 36 inch oven, it holds enough to feed 500 people. Only 20 were ever made and they are mostly in the hands of collectors. They fetch several thousand dollars each so, not for the hobyist lol. You can still get nice cast iron ovens up to 24 inch from my good friend Michael Patch. Or you can purchase my own brand of cast aluminium ovens up to 21 inch ovens quiet cheaply from my store at www.campovenkitchen.com.au
@@campovenking not sure if the brand mate buts it's 14 inch bit big for me and the missus so I cleaned up my old furphy super heavy and does a great job

King brown, can i straighten a warped cast iron lid
no mate you cant. What brand of oven is it? Most collectors have a stack of spare lids. Its always possible to swap for one or buy one.
