As a lifelong Floridian, it's nice to see someone excited about FLA, as well as seeing my fellow Floridians in the comment section. The constant Florida slander is...interesting. Yes as a Floridian DO NOT park any where near mangroves if u don't like spiders, the wolf spiders here are in steroids, sometimes bigger than a cereal bowl and ugly as can be
Two things I learned in Florida. Alligators can jump straight up at least 5 feet and, if you see baby gators, there’s a mama gator close by because the babies stay with the mama for about 2 years. I love your videos. I lived in Florida for 12 years. Siesta Key beach used to be my favorite but now it's toooo much!!! Hard to find parking, too many people. Beautiful tho. The Sunday night drum circle used to be fun too. Crystal River is very beautiful and peaceful to visit as well. Sanibel Beach in Fort Meyers is amazing! You can park by on the shore and pull out a beach chair and watch the dolphins, boats, birds, etc. Jet's deep dish pizza is pretty tasty as well!!! 😂 I've been a nomad for a year now. I have decided I LOVE Colorado as much as Florida. Too hot for me in Florida now. I travel in my car. The mountains here are so beautiful and peaceful. Stay blessed!!! Love and prayers!
Nomi, when you saw the alligator warning sign your response had me laughing so hard. I absolutely love your videos. Thanks for taking us along with you. New journeys ahead … be safe. 😊. Happy looks good on you! 💖
Been watching this since about 3 weeks in. It’s nice to watch how you look so much happier since you started your travels. Your face just lights up now. Enjoy your travels!
All the springs run about 72 degrees year round. Many years ago we found one that they claimed ran 80 but it didn’t feel like it. Brave up and take the plunge, snorkeling/diving/swimming in crystal clear natural springs is great. Research and find one that has the manatees in them! Amazing!
Thank you for taking us along with you. Because of you I get to see places I'll never have the opportunity to visit. And the food...it's like I can actually smell it cooking. You're a tour guide and chef rolled into one.😊❤😊

Rainbows springs is absolutely beautiful. There are so many springs in North Central Florida. I live near there. Moved from South Florida 7 years ago. Live out in the country and love it. ♥️👩🦳🌺
you should drive down to the Florida Keys before the summertime busy hits. It is absolutely beautiful and there are plenty of places to stay on the keys as well as Key West. I will give you one tip. Do not spend the night in any parking lot in Homestead Florida. It’s not a good area. That’s not to say it’s unsafe but just not a good place to be parking overnight. However, other people may have had better experiences. Hope that helps.

Florida native here. A dear friend of mine spent several years as resident manager of Rainbow Springs State Park. I’m glad you found your way there. It was fun seeing it through your eyes. I'm glad Florida has been good for you. Nature is so restorative..especially for us introverts. You might like Blue Spring State park in Orange City, Florida. Walking boardwalk trail , can get in the springs if you would like except when the hundreds of manatees visit. There is a 2 hour pontoon boat ride twice a day for additional fee.
You have one of the brightest smiles I’ve ever seen! So genuine! I lived in Houston Texas, I get the whole hot humid thing! Lol. People always think Houston is a dry hot! It’s not! It’s humid! 🥵
I was in Houston one summer and thought I’d pass out from the subtropical heat and humidity. When my son graduated from Rice University in May some years back, they held it first thing in the morning to avoid the worst of the weather.
Swee heart you are so interesting and informative you are my main go to on TH-cam I just love your show looked at other TH-camrs now can hold a candle to you 🥰🥰🥰

Love Florida! I lived there for 6 years. I moved to California because I didn’t like working there but truly miss living there. I would totally move back after I retire. Oh yes the alligators, mosquitoes, no-see-ems, all of the lovely critters there. Boy oh boy. I actually don’t miss that. I did see several gators when I lived there but from a distance. They LOVE golf courses.

Warm weather and sunshine are good for the soul! Enjoy your adventures your very blessed to be so young and able to explore the beautiful USA!
Beautiful park! DeLeon Springs too! ❤
Swee heart you are so interesting and informative you are my main go to on TH-cam I just love your show looked at other TH-camrs now can hold a candle to you 🥰🥰🥰
I would be scared a gator 🐊🦎🐍🐢...would run out of the marsh. Watch out for those snakes...coral are deadly.. Fire ants hurt too. You go girl and have the time of your life. God bless you and all here...hugs, Grandmama Tee
I forgot Florida has those ants too.😮💨
Love Florida!

One thing you have to keep in mind; where ever there is water, there are gators. Gators travel. They even get in people’s pools. Florida is home to me. They love the springs. Be careful when you visit those areas. God Bless you. I just found your Chanel and I love it. Will be watching all your videos. Stay safe!!
So glad you made it safe to Florida! As a Floridian myself - I encourage you to treat yourself to some fresh local seafood. Some of the best seafood around. Many seafood markets that sell fresh off the boat seafood daily
Yes!! Fresh Mayport shrimp in NE Florida. 😋
Also, try the gator tail. It is yummy too.
