TM - really like the fact that you do everyday products that don't break the bank and the average consumer can afford to purchase. Sure, we may splurge on those Bose QC35 purchases, but hey, we keep them for a long time. Something like this car vac, really practical and helpful.
This, and similar like it 12v vacs will eventually get the job done, but you'll have to meditate on each particle that you want it to vacuum. Basically suction of any small, portable vac comes down to its motor rpm, and that will depend on voltage supplied to it. So far i didn't come across any 12v vac that had a decent suction. This vac I had for about a year, and it served me well. But the more often i vacuumed car, the more i wanted to get something more powerful to finish it faster. We already had dyson v7 as our main vacuum at home, which runs on 21v and has a good suction, but a short run time on max settings and a hassle of unscrewing and changing batteries makes it very inconvenient. Another thing dyson doesn't come with hose, which makes it inconvenient to vacuum front seats of a car, because it's a bit too bulky for those tight spaces. Eventually I chose milwaukee M18 compact vacuum which comes with a hose attachment. Coupled with 5.0ah battery, imo it's the best portable vac for a car.
