Kate, I love everything about your home particularly the fact that you have not renovated to make it modern! I also like that you keep your furniture for many years, all the pieces definitely are in keeping with the house and fit in perfectly. You have the most cozy and welcoming home, it's wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing this intimate part of your life with us ❤!
Absolutely Gorgeous! 😍 love old homes and seeing rooms which haven’t been renovated…it gives you a sense of times past. There’s too much perfection on social media and this was delightful, and comforting…just my style and inspiring…thank you for sharing 🩷
Finally, a home I can relate to!! I, too, am a collector of curtains. And I love that your fancy lamp shade finally "makes sense". That's pretty much how I do things. I buy what I love, and when I've got the right situation, it's there for me.
Love your home tours! Kudos 👏 to you for keeping such a large home so beautifully. I know how much work and love is required. Again, absolutely charming!
I love that top floor bedroom, with the little windows overlooking the fields... something very cosy about that room. It would make a lovely office. I personally would lose my mind having my clothing and shoes and bags etc all in different rooms in the house. You have so much space. If I were you, I would create a brand new dressing room to keep all clothing etc in one room on racks, and organise it to see everything in one place. Thanks for showing us around. So interesting. It's such a lot of work, so I can understand it might feel overwhelming, but decluttering every room is the best place to start in my opinion. I look forward to more tours, and would also love to see your decluttering process/sessions. 😊
@@CleanWithKate-l4h Treat yourself! You clearly work very hard! You deserve it, and what woman wouldn't want a fabulous dressing room all to herself! X
That top floor bedroom is so wonderful it must have been lovely before all the clutter accumulated, you have beautiful furnishings. I also think you’d benefit from having a dressing room, you certainly have enough extra rooms for it and a good weed out of clothes that you not longer wear. Thank you for your honest portrayal of your home
You are very welcome glad you enjoyed seeing the house as it is . Thank you for the suggestions. I definitely need to do some weeding in those wardrobes and a dressing room would be wonderful
I am moving in tomorrow. I will take the bedroom on the 3rd floor with the French bed. I have the identical bed. This is the favorite tour I have ever watched.♥️♥️♥️
It’s really a gorgeous home. I love what you have done with it. That by the way is a Hibiscus plant/flower. Bougainvillea’s flowers are smaller and the seem like paper. Beautiful home.
Oh, my…your home is the ultimate in English comfort!! It has exactly the style that I imagine when I think of an old house in the English countryside. I love that you show such appreciation for the things that you have, like rugs, art, furniture, light fixtures, etc. If you didn’t mind climbing all those steps, the top floor bedroom would be a very nice office, too. It’s got the room for a nice big desk, and there’s a sofa to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee. Otherwise, do the same thing in the bedroom downstairs that has the available en suite. I think the head of the bed might look nice sitting in the alcove, and you could have a desk in front of the window. I would play up the burgundy of the bathroom tiles with a coordinating paint or possibly wallpaper. Like you said, so many wonderful dilemmas to have!! I’m subscribing to your channel. 😊
Loved this tour of your beautiful home Kate. I think it is a great idea to have a office and bedroom in the one room it is a huge room. Thank you for sharing enjoyed it so much🇦🇺🦘💜
You have such a beautiful home Kate, it has so much character and charm. My absolute favourite rooms in your home are the dining room ,leading to your conservatory, and the large bedroom on the top floor. I love the furniture and furnishings, that room, appears to have such a lovely atmosphere ❤ xx
Thank you so much Kimberley ☺️ glad you enjoyed seeing the house tour . The dining room going through to the conservatory are what some the house to me although I think I was in love the moment I walked in the front door
What a fantastic tour. I love the beautiful top-floor bedroom with the Cath Kidston bedding. What an appropriate place to store your Katie Fforde collection!
Your home is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed the tour. There was just so many hidden gems at every turn. If it were my home, I’d treat myself and hire a professional organiser. They really do a fantastic job of getting your home in order.
Thank you so much! I totally agree I have thought about hiring someone to help me as I find the decluttering a challenge although I’m planning on blitzing it this autumn and winter to get house ready for Christmas 🎄
Dear Kate, lovely home you have made. I was brought up in large manor farm house (born there like my father was) -my parents place was sold years ago. I miss everything, from the door knows flooring to curtains etc. We used to have dehumidifiers on in our drawing room - there had been a cloud burst many years before flooded the house, water came through the electric sockets, lifted the wooden parky flooring my mother had laid. We found dehumidifiers made a room much warmer, took the damp out the soft furnishings - bet I am already telling you what you already know about dehumidifiers lol 😆 Think Homes and Gardens magazine will pick up on your house (if not already, i used to receive the magazine). I live in 1930s small bungalow with hubby + dog. We are country folk, crazy about old stuff (before it was fashionable) - we don't have any children - they say one man's treasure is another man's rubbish - have a feeling a large skip will be placed outside once we are gone lol Was not our wish to live in a bungalow - i was involved in an rta years ago, have mobility problems. You are living my dream, going by the comments i am not on my own. Have a friend who used to say when house hunting, she could tell what the rest of the home was going to be like by the entrance from gate to entrance hall. Your video came up as a recommendation, i usually watch crimes, sewing - knew was in for a treat this Sunday, when your video started from outside door - both your hallway vestibule areas are welcoming. My hubby just gone to walk Hektor, when he returns i shell be playing this for him to watch. Think somtimes people buy large old or just old properties 'miss the mark regarding decor, restoring' - money often needs to spent likes on a roof, drains etc we have drains and driveway still to sort out, been here since 2009. Not been an easy task for you working, bringing up a family and doing your home up. I wish you and your family good health + wealth, many more years in your country home. Thank you for sharing, has brightened up my day. Kind regards Angela
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ so much Angela your lovely comment made my day . You clearly love old houses as much as we do . We’ve looked at so many old houses before we bought ours which we felt had been over renovated and lost their soul . We have done all the important stuff like roof, rewiring and replumbing but still kept the houses old soul which we fell in love with . I’m sure when we come to sell a lot of people will feel it’s in need of renovation . I just hope the house goes to someone who is likeminded
Loved the tour Kate … thank you. I was going to try and pick a favourite room, but not easy! I love how your dining room leads to the living room .. gorgeous but have to say that attic room 😍 both of them so pretty but the one with your seed collection…💗 loved it ( and the Cath kidston bedcover🌸Alison x
Looks lovely, I wish my parents' house was this size. They live in a mammoth house in the middle of nowhere and are both in their late 70s so I have to take 6 weeks off work a year (a week at a time) to do the cleaning and even then it barely scratches the surface. Plus you can't move anything because my mother has dementia and my father has some kind of undiagnosed autism 😩
Thank you for the house tour is so beautiful and could the spare bedroom for your eldest son be used for both an office and bedroom you have a really good eye for beautiful antiques xx❤️
Oh Kate I am so in love with your home and your channel. 🥰 I have spent a lot of today binge watching your videos. 🤗 Thank you so very much for sharing. I wouldn’t normally give my opinion but because you asked for advice on a number of rooms, I thought I would write a few comments for consideration. Your Eldest Sons Old Room: You have an amazing collection of clothes, coats, dresses, hats and shoes etc. Would you consider turning your eldest son’s old room into a dedicated Walk In Wardrobe room just for you? You deserve it Kate. A huge bonus is that all your clothing items would be located in one room, as opposed to throughout the house. You would also get to shop your very own Department Store in your home everyday. 🤗 What to do with the existing furniture in this room? I agree with your daughter that the side tables and French bed don’t work together, so I would donate the side tables and send the bed to auction. I would keep the beautiful Victorian mahogany chest of draws, the standing oval mirror and the two lamps with shades that match the curtains. I also recommend moving the set of draws in your bedroom that are next to the bedside table, into your new wardrobe room. This will help the side of your bed look much less cramped and give the wall heater more breathing space. I recommend having wardrobe racks installed or purchase the cheaper movable ones. The roof line of this room is already leaning towards having lovely racks in it. I would then move all your clothing and shoes from throughout your home into this one room. Including out of season clothes and your everyday wardrobe items from your ensuite dressing room. This way you won’t have to spend time rotating seasonal clothing. Existing Everyday Wardrobe: This could become a dedicated wardrobe just for luggage/bags. I am so excited to see what you do with these spaces. Have so much fun. ❤️🥰❤️
Thank you for your lovely 🥰 comments and feedback . I love 🧡 the idea of a walk in wardrobe . It would be wonderful and I’m definitely going to consider it . Would it be best to fit to you think
Oh, dearest, thank you 🙏🏽 for this beautiful honest house tour! Enjoyed 🥰 it all! It’s given me lovely ideas for my own home, property. Blessings to you and your family. Thanks, again, for sharing! 🤗
Beautiful large rooms ~ I think you have the perfect solution for your son's bedroom by combining it with your office ~ it's so nice & large it would work. Just found your channel today so will keep checking back. I love older homes + older things. Thanks!
The house is obviously very personal to you and your family. It looks very lived in and with a lot of history, but it lacks cohesion. You mention so many changing projects. I imagine it could feel daunting. Highly recommend employing an interior designer to help with decluttering and cohesion.
Thank you for the feedback, I think my husband would have a nervous breakdown if I employed an interior designer . My daughter wants to train to be an interior designer, she has a very good eye for colour and interiors, so I’m getting her input on some of my projects. Her recent comment on one of my projects was that it looked like a charity shop had exploded in the room 🤣 which was actually quite funny and accurate
I love your home. It’s something I’d like to do in my own home. Meaning the decor and galleys. Your home is an inspiration! Keep the toys in the attic for one day they may want them for their own children. Legos and play mobiles are expensive!
I really enjoyed this video, Kate. I loved seeing more of the pictures and I like the fact that you tell us where things came from and a bit of the history behind them or why you like certain things. You have so many lovely things to look at. On a different note, a few weeks ago, I mentioned on one of your videos that my screen went dark and dulled down most of your videos and we didn't know what might be causing it.... On this video it didn't happen, so maybe you have done something different while filming this time. It's actually the first time I've been able to see the lovely green colour of the cupboard in your conservatory and everything has lovely vibrant colour.
That’s good to know I’m not sure what I did differently but I’m glad it was ok this time . Thank you for the feedback I’m glad you enjoyed seeing more of the house . I’ll have have to go into the cottage next time which is the oldest part of house and was built in the 1600s
My house in Portugal is like that, with 2 sets of doors. It is to keep more privacy and you can also use the small room to get dressed. My so called dressing room is slightly bigger. Luisa❤
Love your guest room and en suite bathroom! May I suggest you put that gorgeous bed in the alcove recess with two bedside lamps and lock the bathroom door from the hall and put a side table in front of the door? Just a thought! Love your vlog!
Great idea!! The bed always used to be in the alcove we moved it round a couple of years ago as I thought it would be nice to have the view out of the window . Maybe we will move it back 😂 as it probably fits better there . Thank you 🙏
Your house is fabulous!! You have incredible size rooms…. The bedrooms are huge!!! How lucky you are! I particularly love all your floral chintz curtains!! 🌺 You have so many clothes/dresses … I wanted to ask you where do you buy the majority of your floral dresses from? X
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ that’s lovely of you to say I mainly buy my clothes in charity shops which is why I haves many . I’ve had some of the dresses for over 20 years
Your home is just lovely ❤ and homely ( if thats even a word😊) But you have the same problem as we do in and 1850 Swedish farmhouse, no storage of sorts for stuff. Agre you should convert a room just for clothes, you have the room with bathtub in it, make some beautiful bespoke practical storage so the other rooms get their wardrobes back😅 We just renovated our office with a very unpractical wardrobe that we closed off and opened up on the other side in the hallway and put in nice double door, going to make practical storage for whats needed there. A home should have a bit of mess and look lived jn otherwise its a showroom and not a home but i should be practical. As with damp, we get it every autum to, before the heating kicks in, we use dehumidifiers to get them damp out and dry the house out, works perfectly and cost less then heating to run. Thanks for taking time out to show your home, a bit envious ❤
Thank you for the tips I think I need to get a dehumidifier as it gets very damp in colder months . Do you have a recommendation for a particular make of dehumidifier
Beautiful house❤ I would get some cleaners in as a once off so you get on top of things and not so overwhelming. A clean and a lick of paint do wonders x
Stunning house. In the Master bedroom I would have two comfy armchairs instead of two sofas and put a small circular table with a tablecloth and two chairs in there so that you can have tea or lunch in your bedroom whilst taking in those beautiful views.
You also asked what viewers would do with the below… here are my thoughts: Children’s Toys: I recommend keeping one special item per child and donate the remaining items. Too Floor Bedroom: Perhaps consider using this space as your office and occasional guest room. It is a stunning large room that already has gorgeous furniture. The light and view is glorious. I think if this was your official office, it is perfectly fine for it to have furniture and house items that you may/may not use for projects you have planned. Would you consider selling the old sofa bed? It would give you more breathing space in this room. You could move your occasion dresses, jackets, hats, scarfs, suits and coats from the Anwar into your Walk In Wardrobe room. Then use half of the Anwar to store your office items. And the other half can be free for guests to hang their clothing. You could move the fans into the Box Room, maybe in the wardrobe. You could donate the CDs from the bookcase and use that space to store your seeds. The Box Room: Your box room is a great space. Once you’ve relocated all your dresses from the wardrobes in this room, you could hang your beautiful curtain collection in this space. Plus Christmas decorations etc and items you intend on selling, ie shoes that don’t fit you.
These are wonderful suggestions thank you 🙏 ☺️ I think they would all improve the spaces immensely . I’m going to suggest doing this to Mike and see what he says .
I love love love your home xx What is the room under the stairs in yr big entrance hall ? Is it a cupboard? 😊 I just love everything about your home Kate. The room on the top floor next to your husband’s office would be a lovely day room / your office / bedroom. It’s just like going through a dolls house it’s perfection I can’t wait to see it at Christmas xx ❤❤❤❤
Thank you Shelly thats so lovely of you to say . The room off the large entrance hall is my office . Not taken you in there yet . Something for my next house tour maybe that’s in the Victorian part of the house.
@@CleanWithKate-l4h arrrrh yes I was trying to work it out and I get it now xx oh Kate it’s so beautiful… its enchanting and exciting, charming and homely it’s got a heart and you and your husband make it beat 🩷💙 xx
Hi Kate I think your home is beautiful and you have a great eye for beautiful furniture and fabrics. Dare I suggest that the upstairs furniture could be much better placed? Thank you for the tour.
Yes feel free any suggestions very welcome 🤗 how would you arrange it ? Sometimes with so many house projects going on i lose perspective so its good to have a fresh pair of eyes on it
31:58 Dear Mrs Kate, precisely what I was going to suggest : a bedroom/office. That makes it easier to work some hours, take a power nap on the nearby bed, then get back to work... Thank you very much for the lovely tour and for sharing bits of your life with us🥰
Yes, we have a catch all room, it just has a little of everything in it. I am working on it slowly. I think you should turn the son's room into a lovely office for yourself
Gorgeous home. Not perfect, just right. BTW, not a bougainvillea, I think maybe a pandorea? I've had it in a previous home. In Australia we grow it outside 😊
Hi from NY, I think you should make your son’s bedroom /into an office space with a hotel style, so when you son visits it will feel like a vacation, and he could check his emails.
Far too much stuff. I’m definitely not a minimalist, but I would find it so difficult to function in such a cluttered home. Not exactly a hoarders home, but close. Why hold onto so many unused possessions. It’s so obvious this house needs some serious repairs and upkeep, paint, new windows, etc. Every bedroom is used as a dumping ground for an overwhelming amount of junk. Having this many possessions is a diversion not to look at certain personal issues imo.
Thank you for the feedback. You make some very good 👍 😊 points and I am focussing on decluttering . Planning a big session this weekend. We’ve been doing three big projects over the last 3 years . See the barn conversion tour videos but now we need to let go of anything we are not using in the barns as we have too much stuff and we will need to start work on the main house again . We did do major renovations and repairs when we first purchased the property 12 years ago but I know some things now need redoing . It’s a work in progress as are we all .
@ I would like to apologize for my bluntness in my previous comment. I could have commented in a much softer tone, but I was taken aback by all of the things in your home and how most of the comments stated how great your home looked. Here in the States, we are enormous consumers and also tend to have far too many needless possessions. Right now, I am drowning in papers that I need to pitch and am finding this task difficult, so we all have our issues. Clutter also keeps us from doing more productive, fun activities imo. Also, as a homeowner, I realize the list is endless when it comes to repairs and general upkeep. I live in a relatively small home and there is always something that needs to be done. You seem to be a very sweet person and I wish you the very best. Again, apologies for my previous bluntness.
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ no offence taken I know I need to declutter . It’s something I find hard to do but the house is disappearing under the stuff in bedrooms and I want to see the house again
It is a lovely old home. It really does need a total reset. Too much of everything. Can't enjoy the things because there is so many you don't know where to look.. You have beautiful furniture but it is lost among all the clutter. Hope you have luck with cleaning all the extra things.
I totally agree! Thank you for watching and commenting . We have just converted two barns next to our house into houses so I’ve been storing stuff for the project in the bedrooms but now it’s take to decide what we are using snd what’s going
Thank you for the feedback and the suggestion. I love 🥰 floral 🌺 wallpaper . I may start by putting some floral prints up that I have and think would work in that room .
Yes I think you are right about the bed it always used to be under the arch then I moved it to get the view out of the window . I think I may move it back as you suggest . I think the floral prints will look nice against the yellow walls
House lovers be ready. God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 Believe & repent the consequences are eternal.
This is a lovely big house which many people would love to have, but it is so cluttered and messy. You really need to take one room at a time and re decorate and design it properly instead of each room being a dumping ground for things you really don’t need. I find that all the bits and pieces you have if co ordinated would look so much better. Your house could look so much prettier but at the moment it makes me feel so uncomfortable.
Thank you for the feedback Kathleen, that is the plan . I’m working my way through the house decluttering . Weve had a big building project on and the house has become a storage unit for items for the new buildings but now the stuff needs to get used or go . The house will never be a minimalist show home that’s just not how we are but I’m planning to get it decluttered and tidy particularly the upstairs bedrooms
Everything was fine but youhause are really Will be dirty and messy ..how can you live that.... Doesnt matter juat cleandon't show a video to people when they are not reade...
The conservatory is a DREAM! I love this entire home, so gorgeous.

When you get to the decorating of your son’s old bedroom,a pair of the Staffordshire dogs would be lovely on the mantelpiece. I love your home😊.
Great 😊 idea thank you for the suggestion I might try the big white ones in there
Thank you for the house tour is so beautiful and could the spare bedroom for your eldest son be used for both an office and bedroom you have a really good eye for beautiful antiques xx❤️
🙏 ☺️ thank you Nathalie
Oh Kate I am so in love with your home and your channel. 🥰 I have spent a lot of today binge watching your videos. 🤗
Thank you so very much for sharing.
I wouldn’t normally give my opinion but because you asked for advice on a number of rooms, I thought I would write a few comments for consideration.
Your Eldest Sons Old Room:
You have an amazing collection of clothes, coats, dresses, hats and shoes etc. 🤗
What to do with the existing furniture in this room?
Existing Everyday Wardrobe:
This could become a dedicated wardrobe just for luggage/bags.
Thanks so much! 😊 you are too kind . Thank you for wathing and commenting
Really charming home .❤
Thank you 🙏 ☺️
Thank you for sharing your beautiful Vintage farm house 🏡 🧡❤💙💚🤎🤍💛💖
You are so welcome thank you ☺️ 🙏 for watching and commenting . I’m glad you enjoyed
P.S. I love your curtains! The material and print is rich and well made.
Thanks so much! I love them to 🥰
Thank you for sharing with us Kate. I now realize my dream home is actually a Georgian farmhouse. So beautiful!
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed seeing around ours
This house is a dream. I would move in in a heartbeat❤
Thank you ☺️ that’s lovely of you to say
Beautiful large rooms ~ I think you have the perfect solution for your son's bedroom by combining it with your office ~ it's so nice & large it would work. Just found your channel today so will keep checking back. I love older homes + older things. Thanks!
Thank you ☺️ glad you enjoyed the video house tour of our old house . We love old houses to
The house is obviously very personal to you and your family.
Thank you so much! ☺️ that’s very kind of you to say .
Thank you Kate for the tour of your beautiful home. Just an idea, you could have an estate sale and sell all the stuff you want to sell.
Thank you Susan ☺️ That’s a great idea
Gorgeous house. Try to relax a bit because Im getting a bit stressed. Ha haxx
I will thank you ☺️ for the feedback
@@CleanWithKate-l4h oh that sounds like good viewing, Kate. 1600s? How wonderful!
I'm looking forward to that.
Thank you ☺️
А я всегда говорила английский стиль очень элегантный и уютный ❤
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ you are very kind
Just marvellous ❤
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ you are very kind
Your house and decor is interesting and thought provoking , i would like to own it as it is, much to be appreciated and admired....
Thank you that’s very kind of you
Extra room make into office and extra bedroom. Great idea by you. Love your home. Still in progress but adorable so far.
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ it’s certainly a work in progress
I absolutely love your house, it's a dream house 😍
Thank you ☺️ that’s lovely 🥰 of you to say .
Beautiful home🎉
Thank you! 😊 very kind of you
Fabulous house , your Sons old bedroom would make a fabulous office with those large his/her double side desk 😊
Oh yes that’s a great 😊 idea Michelle I love 🧡 a double sided desk
Absolutely stunning as always Kate . P. S . B&B comes to mind 😊 ❤
Thank you Veronica 😊 that’s really kind of you to say
Great house, very good taste. I have just subscribed. Thanks for sharing your house. Luisa from Portugal.❤
THank you ☺️ Luisa welcome on board and thank you 🙏 for subscribing
My house in Portugal is like that, with 2 sets of doors. It is to keep more privacy and you can also use the small room to get dressed. My so called dressing room is slightly bigger. Luisa❤
That sounds a lovely 🥰 room layout
Love it!😊😊😊❤
Thank you ☺️ glad you enjoyed the house tour
It’s a big house I love your hallway and living room
Thank you so much ☺️
Selam, çiçeklerinize bayıldım,eviniz de çok harika bayıldım, sevgiyle kalın.
Thank you ☺️ you are so kind
Love your guest room and en suite bathroom! May I suggest you put that gorgeous bed in the alcove recess with two bedside lamps and lock the bathroom door from the hall and put a side table in front of the door? Just a thought! Love your vlog!
Great idea!! The bed always used to be in the alcove we moved it round a couple of years ago as I thought it would be nice to have the view out of the window . Maybe we will move it back 😂 as it probably fits better there . Thank you 🙏
A BEAUTIFUL HOME
Thank you ☺️ that’s lovely 🥰 of you to say
Your house is fabulous!! You have incredible size rooms…. The bedrooms are huge!!! How lucky you are! I particularly love all your floral chintz curtains!! 🌺
You have so many clothes/dresses … I wanted to ask you where do you buy the majority of your floral dresses from? X
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ that’s lovely of you to say I mainly buy my clothes in charity shops which is why I haves many . I’ve had some of the dresses for over 20 years
Your home is just lovely ❤ and homely ( if thats even a word😊)
But you have the same problem as we do in and 1850 Swedish farmhouse, no storage of sorts for stuff. Agre you should convert a room just for clothes, you have the room with bathtub in it, make some beautiful bespoke practical storage so the other rooms get their wardrobes back😅
We just renovated our office with a very unpractical wardrobe that we closed off and opened up on the other side in the hallway and put in nice double door, going to make practical storage for whats needed there.
It would and I’m seriously considering getting some help to tackle the top floor as there is so much to do thank you ☺️ for the suggestion
@@CleanWithKate-l4h your welcome, enjoy that beautiful home 🙏🏼
Thank you ☺️
Stunning house. In the Master bedroom I would have two comfy armchairs instead of two sofas and put a small circular table with a tablecloth and two chairs in there so that you can have tea or lunch in your bedroom whilst taking in those beautiful views.
Great idea! Love 🥰 this
You also asked what viewers would do with the below… here are my thoughts:
Children’s Toys:
I recommend keeping one special item per child and donate the remaining items.
Too Floor Bedroom:
Perhaps consider using this space as your office and occasional guest room.
The Box Room:
Your box room is a great space.
I love love love your home xx
What is the room under the stairs in yr big entrance hall ? Is it a cupboard? 😊
I just love everything about your home Kate.
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ it certainly keeps us both very busy . We both lived those from the moment we saw it .

Hi Kate I think your home is beautiful and you have a great eye for beautiful furniture and fabrics. Dare I suggest that the upstairs furniture could be much better placed? Thank you for the tour.
Yes feel free any suggestions very welcome 🤗 how would you arrange it ? Sometimes with so many house projects going on i lose perspective so its good to have a fresh pair of eyes on it
I love it! ❤
Thank you 🙏 ☺️ that’s very kind of you to say
Kate, turn the bedroom into a en-suite bedroom...it wouldn't take much...so gorgeous....
Yes 👍 i think that is probably the best idea it already has a connecting door and it would be great for my eldest son when he visits
I love your home!!!
Thank you ☺️ that’s so nice of you to say
إنه منزل رائع 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you ☺️ 🙏 so much
How about a library? Love your home and enjoyed the video of your beautiful home!
That’s a lovely ☺️ idea . Maybe one day
Make it a bedroom AND an office. It looks big enough. 😊 beautiful house
That's the plan! It’s such a lovely sunny ☀️ room
Almost there! I sometimes say bouganvillia but its a mandevillia😊
Thank you for letting me know 🙏 ☺️ not sure I can pronounce that one 😊
Are they related then ?
31:58 Dear Mrs Kate, precisely what I was going to suggest : a bedroom/office. That makes it easier to work some hours, take a power nap on the nearby bed, then get back to work... Thank you very much for the lovely tour and for sharing bits of your life with us🥰
That's a great idea! Love the idea of an office with a place to have a power nap 🥰
@@CleanWithKate-l4h 🤗🙏🏽

Yes, we have a catch all room, it just has a little of everything in it. I am working on it slowly. I think you should turn the son's room into a lovely office for yourself
Thank you Michele I think that is probably what I'll do as its a great room and its wasted currently
Ps love the name a catch all room I think we have Esther too many of those I’m hoping to get it down to one this year the very aptly named box 📦 room
Gorgeous home. Not perfect, just right. BTW, not a bougainvillea, I think maybe a pandorea? I've had it in a previous home. In Australia we grow it outside 😊
Oh thank you ☺️ not heard that plant name before . Glad you liked the house tour , and thank you for letting me know the plant name .
Hi from NY, I think you should make your son’s bedroom /into an office space with a hotel style, so when you son visits it will feel like a vacation, and he could check his emails.
Hi 👋 from Norfolk in UK 🇬🇧 love 🧡 this idea thank you for the suggestion Cecilia .
I would love to be your best friend so I could go and visit every week ❤😊😂
That’s so nice 😊 of you to say 🤗 🥰

Not a Bougainvilla, they have thorns and flowers are more reminiscent of lanterns. It's a Mandeville Vine. 😊

Fun
Thank you 🙏
Your place looks nice wouldn't you like white or cream radiators in the rooms.
We love 🧡 our dark radiators
Keep the room for your son. I am sure he will very happy about it. Do the office somewhere else...❤
He doesn’t live with us just visits for a week at a time and I think he would love 🧡 having a desk in there to work at
The old bathroom make a shower room or a small bedroom
Shower room would be good 👍 😊
Far too much stuff.
Omg. Your house is too big.😵💫. I bet it was fun to decorate when you bought it.
Yes it was! And yes it is ridiculously big to clean . I should probably get someone to help me declutter and clean it
It is a lovely old home.
Very Interesting house! But talk about Chatty Cathy 😩
Thank you for the feedback and I’m glad you enjoyed seeing the house .
я бы красивые обои с цветочным мотивом наклеила, да, можно и кабинет сделать, стены жуткого оттенка
I think the floral prints will look nice against the yellow walls
жуткий розовый цвет надо убрать у диванов в спальне
Thank you 🙏 for the feedback it’s something I’m considering doing as it’s very faded
Dear Lord Lady, enough on the messy bedroom. Clean it up for starters.
😂 it’s on my to do list thank you for watching
How rude , perhaps you could volunteer to help her 🙄
The house is fantastic , love it
Thank you ☺️
I’m hoping my DH will help
House lovers be ready. God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 Believe & repent the consequences are eternal.
Thank you for watching
It's a great house but you need to get rid of too much junk, donate and give to the poor
Thank you yes that is what I plan to do I’m donating our surplus stuff to local charity shops who raise money for good causes
So many rooms how do you cope. Can't you get someone to help besides your husband
Great idea . I have been wondering if I need to get some help as there are lots of rooms I rarely get to
Everything was fine but youhause are really Will be dirty and messy ..how can you live that.... Doesnt matter juat cleandon't show a video to people when they are not reade...
Thank you for the feedback. I wanted to show the before so I can show the after
