Thank you, this was short and sweet and got me the resolution I needed. I did notice that once you've clicked it on the "dissatisfied" button, an option appears at the bottom asking you to 'click here if you want to remove pro support from your order.' Clicking this option without submitting survey also got the pro support removed.
This was super helpful! I could not figure this out and even just submitted a ticket for support to figure out how to remove it. You answered my question in a matter of seconds and I was able to get it removed. Thank you
You rock! I did send a note to FreeTaxUSA when they asked to tell them about the experience. I said that I've used them for years and generally love the service but this "Pro" mode was very disingenuous and made to look like the "Audit Defense" which is all I wanted. I also went on to say they made it purposefully hard to remove said service and that I had to watch a TH-cam video to figure it out and that's not right and they need to change it before they make long time customers go elsewhere. 👍
Same here. Went to the Audit Defense, in general I am very careful with clicking and still walked into this. So, this part is questionable for sure. Removing pro support is a bit different, because even if you used the pro service and had all questions answered you can still remove it before you check out, so they are hiding the option .They would need an "internal" check out option just for that.
