Really like this Captain! Very professional. Very thorough. Fine example of a good competent Captain. This F/O is learning from a good teacher. Would fly with this Captain any day.

Great to see they’re Very kind to UM as what the co pilot says. I was a UM with air China back in 2013 and got inspired then started flying to become a pilot... Back then visiting the cockpit is still doable in many airlines in China, but not really now.. very strict rules which makes it a very pressurized environment for pilots there.
That was a 7 minute briefing, I would've hung myself half way through. Thank god for the new Airbus checklists and briefings where you don't brief SOPs anymore

Sad to see how the captain engages the autopilot after just 40 seconds of handflying. I wouldn‘t blame him for doing that if they would have departed out of a busy airport with bad weather conditions but in this case it‘s just Kassel and probably CAVOK conditions in terms of the weather conditions ...
