Yes, but seneca doesn't require any deposit, aside half tuition fee for the year. You'll be given about a month to sort it out. Their offer has no conditions. I got an offer there too but I don't have the half school fees they want, like $11000. I will stick to UofT cos I've paid my tuition deposit of $500cad there

Some schools require SOP as part of the application process. In this case, it will be 2: 1 for the school, 1 for visa application.
