The most recent patch with Xi Jinping as president, means a direct insult to him will easily get a ban faster than historical events. So simply saying "Winnie the Pooh" can shorten your time drastically.
Often during that patch, many people used that strat to get sub 1-second runs, and extremely fast runs didn't have that same value, so he decided to use a weaker strat and still got a pretty fast time
