I was a slave to anxiety. I use to make myself sick to my stomach with worry and anxiety I always ended up at the mental ward in the hospital or at my Dr's office weekly because something was wrong. But I prayed and cried read my Bible listened to worship music. Held my thoughts captive and brought them to the Lord each time. He healed me. From anxiety because the devil tried to kill me with using anxiety against me and I overcame It because Jesus loves me so much and rescued freed me. He is my everything the love of my life. I am victorious an overcomer I am my father's daughter. King Jesus. I will put together and share my testimony so others can see God is faithful and will never leave nor forsake us.

Ever since I tried LSD biggest mistake in my life I’m battling with anxiety attacks before that I never had that I had a bad trip cut my leg open during that trip crazy thing is I never touched drugs (weed) until I was 22 I’m 24 now and when I started smoking I also had gotten anxiety attacks but they went away but ever since lsd I’m having them even when I’m sober so I stopped smoking the good thing about the lsd trip I started to believe in god he probably called me cause I’m not and never was the type that did drugs all my friends where shook when they found out that I started smoking weed but when I get these anxiety attacks I start praying but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s helping sometimes it even gets worse so idk what I’m doing wrong

I’m a 56 year old male Christian. I’ve been in this country since I took my first breath. I’m really struggling with the direction of this country and how it has rejected God. I wish I could leave. Live somewhere with like minded people in peace. I can only hope He allows me in heaven for that may very well be the only place I will find peace and true love.

Celebrated good times and wondered during times when I was out or work and still had bills to pay, was faced with life threatening natural disasters, and worked assignments thaat placed me in the crossfire of others' battles. @@mikenixon2401 im 51 just spent 4months healing from motorcycle accident. Ive lost everything financially from this. At times I wasnt sure I would wake up next morning. I gave it to God. Im not sure of the outcome, but God has me up and around. Im walking long distance, my left lung is only about 60% but it can get better over time. I know God will restore it. Im just now getting my job back and can work from home. Ive had to borrow money for food. God is giving me not just my physical and soon the paycheck, but also my motivation to get busy living and giving Him the glory. Ive never been this low before. I pray God will use me for His purpose and those who walked away from me before will see God through His work in my life. Thanks for your post. I was outside sweeping and was thinking about this very verse in Philippians 4 earlier. God bless.

It’s 1:49 AM and I found this message at a time when I need it most. Why do easily forget blessings and only focus on the problems of today and tomorrow? God has been by my side day and night for 52 years. Yes, there has been struggles, that’s called life. But he’s provided for me every day and night for all these years yet I forget that and only focus on the worries of today. The overwhelming amount of my worries never happened! I only worried for nothing. Praise Jesus!
For many years I never realized I needed someone to turn to. I am so grateful to have accepted Jesus within my heart. My anxiety had made me so fearful and uncertain, and I quickly learned that with God's compassion and care, that I have nothing to fear. I am sorry to hear that. I was in an abusive relationship too and I got out of it. God doesn’t want you to be hurt or beaten up. I pray that you will be able to make the right decisions for yourself during this time.
Please know I can relate. But I have to tell you that you are still there because you are not tired yet. When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired God will move and you won’t even realize you are in motion to get out. Trust me it happened to me. God is real. Footprints in the Sand is the real. May God continue to cover and protect you. Look to him in the morning and look to him at night.

Needed to here this at this time. I have so much anxiety after a near death experience of giving birth to my first baby 2 years ago. Currently pregnant again and fear it's going to happen again. I am ashamed to say out of fear I at first contemplated abortion. I prayed over and over about what I should do and for some reason when I prayed I told god " if it's more than one baby in there I can't go through with the abortion...I barely want to do it if it's one baby" I made an appointment to terminate my pregnancy out of fear and it broke me. When I laid on the table the lady asked me if it's more than one baby would I wanna know and I said yes. And it was, identical twins. I knew it was God telling me he would cover me through this and even through my fear I got up and decided to keep my babies even with the crippling anxiety I felt I knew everything would be ok. Now I'm 4 weeks away from meeting my beautiful twin girls my pregnancy has been smooth for the most part and tho I'm terrified I can't imagine my life without them even though they're not here yet. I thank God everyday for this blessing.

There’s no other way: no theory, no philosophy, neither any psychological scheme, any scientific research to understand and accomplish this but only going through the valley of shadow of death, with God and reach the other side where is light and peace. I am having bad anxiety and depression, I'm always worried that it might turn to other mental illness.
I'm scared but still living I want to trust God but my anxiety makes me not. I don't know how to handle this so I always pray to God to help me trust him😭 I need comfort.
