I was a slave to anxiety. I use to make myself sick to my stomach with worry and anxiety I always ended up at the mental ward in the hospital or at my Dr's office weekly because something was wrong. But I prayed and cried read my Bible listened to worship music. Held my thoughts captive and brought them to the Lord each time. He healed me. From anxiety because the devil tried to kill me with using anxiety against me and I overcame It because Jesus loves me so much and rescued freed me. He is my everything the love of my life. I am victorious an overcomer I am my father's daughter. King Jesus. I will put together and share my testimony so others can see God is faithful and will never leave nor forsake us.

Ever since I tried LSD biggest mistake in my life I’m battling with anxiety attacks before that I never had that I had a bad trip cut my leg open during that trip crazy thing is I never touched drugs (weed) until I was 22 I’m 24 now and when I started smoking I also had gotten anxiety attacks but they went away but ever since lsd I’m having them even when I’m sober so I stopped smoking the good thing about the lsd trip I started to believe in god he probably called me cause I’m not and never was the type that did drugs all my friends where shook when they found out that I started smoking weed but when I get these anxiety attacks I start praying but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s helping sometimes it even gets worse so idk what I’m doing wrong

@@mikenixon2401 im 51 just spent 4months healing from motorcycle accident. Ive lost everything financially from this. At times I wasnt sure I would wake up next morning. I gave it to God. Im not sure of the outcome, but God has me up and around. Im walking long distance, my left lung is only about 60% but it can get better over time. I know God will restore it. Im just now getting my job back and can work from home. Ive had to borrow money for food. God is giving me not just my physical and soon the paycheck, but also my motivation to get busy living and giving Him the glory. Ive never been this low before. I pray God will use me for His purpose and those who walked away from me before will see God through His work in my life. Thanks for your post. Please know I can relate. But I have to tell you that you are still there because you are not tired yet. When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired God will move and you won’t even realize you are in motion to get out. Trust me it happened to me. God is real. Footprints in the Sand is the real. May God continue to cover and protect you. Look to him in the morning and look to him at night.
In my 30’s I lived with anxiety and panic attacks. If you have never experienced a panic attack it’s like having an out of body experience. Now at 57 I’ve learned to replace any fear or negative thought immediately with a positive thought and then immediately following that I praise the lord and say father if its my time I’m ready and as soon as the negative feeling came it was gone. Today I feel so blessed and thankful that it has absorbed all the negative and replaced it with glory. I’ve trained myself as well as through experience that if it is outside my control I let it go. That even includes my kids, friends, bosses etc….I refuse to worry about things I cannot control. Train your heart and mind to replace all negative thoughts with a positive thought. It can be as simple as frond childhood memories, fishing, vacations etc…then praise the lord and thank him for taking the worry from you. God bless everyone who is struggling today with anxiety and panic attacks because I’ve been there and there is a way out of that vicious cycle. I pray everyone find what works for them to bring peace to your life!

All my life, i struggled with anxiety and worry, usually over the smalleat things and over legitimate things. Recently however, i've let anxiety and worry get the best of me to the point of a severe mental breakdown. God has been by my side day and night for 52 years. Yes, there has been struggles, that’s called life. I’m a 56 year old granny. I am a widow so I am used to doing things alone. I have been called to singleness by God in this season. . realize yesterday I wanted to go out and ride my electric scooter, which I love to do, but an unknown fear and anxiety started in my mind. Then I got angry because I’m thinking I’m anxious for no freaking reason.! I got angry and how stupid this is! So I just practiced faith over fear and I went out and rode anyways and I had a great time. Of course you have to be in the moment and keeping your head on a swivel with such a machine but I did it and I’m glad I did because I had a good time Going wherever. I got breakfast and came back home. I rode 10 miles just around my area and I was totally content so here’s that stupid anxiety again today and what am I gonna do overcome it and go for a ride again. I just wrote a prayer to God to help me identify and overcome it to have faith over fear.

I’m a 56 year old male Christian. I’ve been in this country since I took my first breath. I’m really struggling with the direction of this country and how it has rejected God. I wish I could leave. Live somewhere with like minded people in peace. I can only hope He allows me in heaven for that may very well be the only place I will find peace and true love.

TNG64 I have a decade on you and the one certainty I've learned is the Kingdom of God is not determined by elections of men or man-made (or corrupted) issues. I've seen ups and downs. Celebrated good times and wondered during times when I was out or work and still had bills to pay, was faced with life threatening natural disasters, and worked assignments thaat placed me in the crossfire of others' battles. @@mikenixon2401 im 51 just spent 4months healing from motorcycle accident. Ive lost everything financially from this. At times I wasnt sure I would wake up next morning. I gave it to God. Im not sure of the outcome, but God has me up and around. Im walking long distance, my left lung is only about 60% but it can get better over time. I know God will restore it. Im just now getting my job back and can work from home. Ive had to borrow money for food. God is giving me not just my physical and soon the paycheck, but also my motivation to get busy living and giving Him the glory. Ive never been this low before. I pray God will use me for His purpose and those who walked away from me before will see God through His work in my life. Thanks for your post. I was outside sweeping and was thinking about this very verse in Philippians 4 earlier. God bless.

Worry and anxiety runs my life and I let it. I worry or get anxious that I lose my appetite, stomach pains or just physical pain in some form. I pray God will take this baggage of mine and replace it with peace and serenity.

I am sorry to hear that. I was in an abusive relationship too and I got out of it. God doesn’t want you to be hurt or beaten up. I pray that you will be able to make the right decisions for yourself during this time.
Please know I can relate. But I have to tell you that you are still there because you are not tired yet. When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired God will move and you won’t even realize you are in motion to get out. Trust me it happened to me. God is real. Footprints in the Sand is the real. May God continue to cover and protect you. Look to him in the morning and look to him at night.

In my 30’s I lived with anxiety and panic attacks. If you have never experienced a panic attack it’s like having an out of body experience. Now at 57 I’ve learned to replace any fear or negative thought immediately with a positive thought and then immediately following that I praise the lord and say father if its my time I’m ready and as soon as the negative feeling came it was gone. Today I feel so blessed and thankful that it has absorbed all the negative and replaced it with glory. I’ve trained myself as well as through experience that if it is outside my control I let it go. That even includes my kids, friends, bosses etc….I refuse to worry about things I cannot control. Train your heart and mind to replace all negative thoughts with a positive thought. It can be as simple as frond childhood memories, fishing, vacations etc…then praise the lord and thank him for taking the worry from you. God bless everyone who is struggling today with anxiety and panic attacks because I’ve been there and there is a way out of that vicious cycle. I pray everyone find what works for them to bring peace to your life!

All my life, i struggled with anxiety and worry, usually over the smalleat things and over legitimate things. Recently however, i've let anxiety and worry get the best of me to the point of a severe mental breakdown. I'm currently slowly learning to rise above it and recover from it, but I sincerely thank God that He, through himself and my loved ones, assisted in helping me recover as well as bring me back to the spiritual life. Him and them practically saved my life!!!!! Thank you Father and my loved ones!!! ❤️😇🙏

My anxiety had made me so fearful and uncertain, and I quickly learned that with God's compassion and care, that I have nothing to fear. It’s 1:49 AM and I found this message at a time when I need it most. Why do easily forget blessings and only focus on the problems of today and tomorrow? God has been by my side day and night for 52 years. Yes, there has been struggles, that’s called life. But he’s provided for me every day and night for all these years yet I forget that and only focus on the worries of today. The overwhelming amount of my worries never happened! I only worried for nothing. Praise Jesus!
I'm thankfully for this video, I've been going through the most physical and mental issues in my life. Doctors, psychiatrists, meds, meds, so much anxiety its hard to leave my home. Always unsure, nausea, and much more. These videos remind me that things will be ok. Any advice on other readings or videos would be great even though I know praying is the best.

I’m a 56 year old granny. I am a widow so I am used to doing things alone. I have been called to singleness by God in this season. . realize yesterday I wanted to go out and ride my electric scooter, which I love to do, but an unknown fear and anxiety started in my mind. Then I got angry because I’m thinking I’m anxious for no freaking reason.! I got angry and how stupid this is! So I just practiced faith over fear and I went out and rode anyways and I had a great time. Of course you have to be in the moment and keeping your head on a swivel with such a machine but I did it and I’m glad I did because I had a good time Going wherever. I got breakfast and came back home. I rode 10 miles just around my area and I was totally content so here’s that stupid anxiety again today and what am I gonna do overcome it and go for a ride again. I just wrote a prayer to God to help me identify and overcome it to have faith over fear.
