Take your worries to the Lord in prayer and leave them there. Don't pick them back up, but allow the Lord to deal with the burden.

Ohhhh! If you only new how many emergency room visits in the past 25 years about this crippling condition and I've tried the praying to God thing and it doesn't work at all! Been doing this for 25 years and nothing! It only seems to get worse. Only relief I get is from a tranquilizer sad to say. I wish anyone who reads this were in my shoes and been through what I've been through for 1 day and I know without a doubt in my heart you would be whistling a different tune and I will go out on a limb and bet my life on it. My anxiety is endogenous from within. It seems to begin with body sensations that trigger a thought in my mind and my mind responds to the physical symptoms and the vicious cycle begins and now you want to tell me I can control this. No one talks themselves out of anxiety attacks while they are in full force because they control your thinking and not because you let it control your thoughts it's because anxiety disorder has a mind of its own. No doctor can help you or at least me, God doesn't seem to care because I've taken this to him on so many occasions and nothing. I can't believe this is partially genetics or a curse from Satan. We can all say, if you only new but I can't emphasize enough on my condition. So much more to say but words are not enough.

4am and I feel alone. Been feeling like that for years. Everything you mentioned in your post is me. Thank you for this. It’s 4am and here I am. Feeling alone. Searching for god bc he’s all I got left. I feel like if he doesn’t hold me I’m gone. I don’t have friends or family bc I’m too traumatized but I’m too scared to get close to people. Therapy helps but rn I currently can’t afford it. So I’m holding on to god for dear life bc I don’t know how much longer I can do it alone. Yk? Thank you for your encouragement. It is very much appreciated, not just for me, but I'm sure for many, many people. You reminded me of in scripture when the Israelites were in slavery and God says "I have seen your affliction (oppression, suffering) and I have heard your cries and I know their sorrows, so I have come down to deliver you" (Exo. 3:7-8). He said the same thing to Hezekiah. So that tells us God has always been in control and that He is still in control, and He has always taken care of (protected and provided for) His children and He will continue to do so. We just have to remember He makes all things work together for our good. We are children of the Most High God who says "I am the Lord, God of all flesh. There is nothing too hard for Me" (Jer. 32:27) ❤

Father lord I am thankful and grateful to you for your blessing and multiple miracle upon my life
I begin most days while still in bed praying:
O my Jesus, calm me
O my Jesus, quiet me
O my Jesus, guide me
O my Jesus, be with me
O my Jesus, walk beside me.
I’m going through a prolonged season of pain and heartache and discouragement and large trials and struggles.
Anxiety sometimes dominates me.
But I cry to Jesus all through the day.

I feel like that too,I found that prayer does help,but it comes back and won't stay gone,I've been unable to even leave my house yet I can't stand here either,I'm hot,I'm cold I have to use the bathroom every ten minutes all day.Ive been praying and begging God for two years.I refuse to let Satan get his way which is for me to kill myself,I give it to God and usually it eases up some days it's gone and some days are hell,but I will trust the Lord my God for He keeps all His promises even though I mess up and can't do anything right it seems.Thank you And God bless everyone who has this problem it can be debilitating but don't give in trust Jesus,He loves us!

I really needed to hear this today.i am going through a really tough time and my anxiety is the highest I think it's ever been. I am struggling with letting go of the worry.
If you're still dealing with letting go of the worry, something that helps me is to say "Lord I trust you and love you, my life is in your hands" I say this as many times as I need until I calm down.

I had my first anxiety relapse since I partially healed from trauma today at 6 in the morning. I woke up crying and I couldn't breath, I was so sacred and, on the floor, and I couldn't stop praying and crying calling out to God. I don't feel exactly great yet but no one is as hopeful as I am. I`ll` get better than best and that I am sure. Anyone else feeling the same I WANNA LET YOU K NOW WE GOT THIS AND IKTS EASIER FOR US COZ GOD IS HOLING US. ❤❤
I share how I overcome it by being intentional. Stopped a panic attack in under 2 minutes and never happened again. It's possible!
Would really like to know your secret because my panic attacks are vicious and of course my blood pressure spikes causing more anxiety. Had this condition most of my adult life as my mother had something similar when she was alive. Most people will tell you they know how you feel or what you are going through. I have to laugh at their sympathy because they don't even have a clue...walk in my shoes for 1 day and then come back and repeat what you said before. I know for a fact you'll change your tune
