I haven't bought a toy since 2009, but I've gone all-in with this line. The figures look great, they're cheap, and I can find everything at my local Walmart.
As someone who grew up with the Show and vintage toys I agree. I feel like my child hood is being brought back with this new toy line. Having fun collecting them all.
Watching your toy reviews every weekend feels like the 2020-version of Saturday morning cartoons! I just need a bowl of sugary cereal and sleeping parents to take me back to the 80s!
The Sky Sled has always been of my favorite MOTU vehicles! I love that it comes with a full posable stand and has an option for the bad guys' scheme as well. Having a prince Adam figure included is a sweet bonus.
This line brought me out of my toy collecting retirement. I mostly collect vintage, but this line is a home run in terms of maintaining everything great about the original with added modern articulation. I really didn’t think I would invest in another toy line again as I pretty much have all the vintage Joes, Transformers, Rambo, MASK and Motu I want, but this line did it. I could imagine these toys back in the 80s without them feeling out of place in any way.
Ah he's thank you I just picked this up and I'm really enjoying it thank for your video does me proud to see a fellow Canadian that used to live in kitchener ,:)
The folks that designed and executed the details on this line NEED A RAISE!!!👍. Because I do not even collect MOTU items and they made me go out hunting figures from this line.😁👍
If the new cartoons have both sides flying around on these and the toys get popular with kids Mattel could package them individually they could be army builders. Love the details how you can swap the head piece and colouring to be for the Masters or Evil Warriors.
I might have to get a pair for He-Man and Skeletor! It's the hip way to get around, and those two dudes are pretty hip, despite He-Man being a square! 😉
I saw this in Walmart before Christmas but didn't want to send $29 bucks on it. I truly feel old because 10 years ago, I would have scooped all these up. I already have too many of the 200x line put away in boxes.
The vest can be removed with a little fiddling, no hair dryer needed. It's a little stiff, but once you pop everything off, it does come off. Putting it back on is a little tricky, but not too bad if you are really determined to remove it.
Excelent review, beautiful piece this new Sky Sled. I had the one with the Battle Ram and Prince Adam, I don't remember what happened to them... And I'm a little afraid to know...
I wish I would have gotten into this toy line earlier but was completely invested in Star Wars when it premiered. Masters of the Universe didn't get my attention until Thunder Punch He-Man in 1985 while I was trying to juggle Transformers, M.A.S.K. and G.I.Joe.
Something that really really caught my eye, what or who is that figure in the background the large green one with the cloak and the weapon out?? The blurry shape looks already badass! Pls show or tell 😁
Michael, Prince Adam is absolutely one of my favorite characters; does his skin tone match He-Man's? Swapping the left hands could be a cool customization.
I want this so bad for my master of the universe toys when I was a kid but They didn’t make them like this back then. Been nice if the Wind raider held multiple figures too back then. Too bad, only collect mp transformers these days and nothing else.
I’ve been having the same issue, but have gotten lucky enough to find the Jet Sled, Battlecat, He-Man, and Skeletor so far just by chance. But 9 times out of 10 the pegs are cleared out.

This series is AMAZING! Mattel really knows how to treat their fans.

Sadly not for adult Thomas Fans

i had this toy as a kid!! i used to play with this in the bathtub as it would be a floating weapon of destruction against ol' pal skelly!!

That is a very cool MOTU Origins Prince Adam and the interchangaable Sky Sled. You have the coolest stuff Michael.
Never thought this would come out in your video. Well done, Michael!!
I wasn't planning o. buying any of these but I got a Skeletor and now I'm hooked.

Agreed! They've really brought life back to MOTU.
Same, I was WFC Transformer hunting when I happened across them.
Same here...Transformers collector here and enjoying this MOU line. Started a mini Masters Origins collection. Love the 80’s toys.
great comment! lol
Everyone in Eternia makes the most of their gym membership, for real.
No doubt right!😂
I heard that Eternia citizenships grants you unlimited membership at their gyms.
Eternians NEVER skip leg day.
Jack Winters except Orko

loving this series!...I'm surprised to see this as a peg warmer in a lot of walmarts in my area
that satisfying squeak! u are so right brother. a sense of achievement when u get the pegs onto the vehicles!
Awesome!!! Still can’t find one.
thanks to this video I was able to disarm the base that was very stuck and I was afraid of breaking it :)
Looks really cool

Not sure if I want any vehicles, but the stand makes it more appealing since I don't play with my toys.
Awesome figure!

Looks cool, a nice take on the original. Bonus that it comes with parts to make it a War sled, and a stand! Great review Mr Mercy! NERDMASTÉ!! 😁
Thanks Gazz! Have an awesome weekend!
@@MichaelMercy You too sir
I got mine yesterday.😎😎😎😎
Must be easy to find 🥤 juice in Eternia.

Cool idea! I’ll give it a try.
Is it part of a larger Battleram?...aha, answered!

Bret Hart Pink, lol, your such a Canadian. Back in the day, was he really that big in Canada as a hero?
Yup! 🇨🇦😎
@@MichaelMercy I hope you didn't mind me asking good brother, love me some Hitman myself.
In Eternia gravity is 100 +...

These keep getting scalped. Pegs are ALWAYS empty at my Walmart
