Add 3 eggs to tofu is so delicious! A simple, quick, and cheap breakfast recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
3 Eggs
Crack eggs into a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
280g Tofu
make tofu like this to small pieces
Pour the eggs into the bowl
15g Leek or green onion and cut to small pieces
Add to the bowl
Add 50g Mozzarella cheese into the bowl
Salt
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Mix well
Medium-low heat
Olive oil
Pour the tofu mixture into pot
Cook for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Flip over like this and cook for another 5-8 minutes
Done !
