Replacing sleeves on bearings.
In this video you will learn how to install Shimano Sienna 1000FD bearings instead of plastic sleeves.
Instead of the original roller retainer you need an alternative roller, which can be purchased from us.

This line roller kit looks like it will fit my Shimano Sedona 4000XGFI, the Sedona roller does not even move so I get grinding noise on load which is annoying.

Unfortunately there is no upgrade kit. All components are selected individually for each fishing reel.
Why upgrade a basic cheap reel ? Just buy a better reel to start with, with more bearings etc. These reels are $40 in Australia, you get what you pay for.... ps your English is super hard to understand

The procedure for replacing the bush on the bearing was ordered by the owner of the reel. Better or worse from this - a controversial issue. I prefer the old version of the reel more.
Fd has 4 ballbearing, new fe only has two!!

Pointless exercise. If you want more bearing's buy a better reel.
Each person decides for himself whether it makes sense or not what he is doing.
