Over the last 100 years or so the style of the classic Levi's 501 jean has changed. In this video we show you what an authentic pair of Levi's 501 jeans look like today.

I bought a pair of 502 from TJ Maxx a few days ago for $16.99. The style
is not mentioned on the patch, it has 4 rivets and there is no number
behind the main front button. I have been assured that TJ Maxx sells
genuine stuff......
My Levi's 501 looks exactly like this except the rivets of my levi's is silver color, and I bought it here in Philippines Levi's store, but its made in Vietnam though, now how do you assess my Levi's!?

I brought two pairs recently, and found that they are no way as good as the jeans I brought a few years ago. Material seems lighter, and the stitching is not of good quality :-(

These 501s that are shown in the video seem to be more premium than the ones you can get at the mall. These have leather patch and not a cardboard one, they do not have a bartack stitch in the back pockets which makes me think they could have hidden rivets

I came here in the Philippines, bought Levi's 505 at Levi's PHILIPPINES online store....as i scan it, made in Mexico imported by Indonesia then all the rivets have LS&co Cal SF......inspected by Levi's......Now my question is: Do my Levi's 505 Authentic?
