Wow, it takes practice. Everyone should try this. I have shared with a few elderly and they are having both fun and progress with it.
That's awesome that you've shared the exercises with others. They really are beneficial! Thank you!
holy fork! first two are the hardest and apparently my brain is way out of sync! thanks for this, I'll practice daily and hope to suceeed eventually.
I’m glad to hear that you’re practicing! It can only do you good!
Thank you for sharing these exercises and for your lovely smile and welcoming energy. I am excited to learn and get good at these 🙂
My pleasure. I hope they serve you well.
They look easy but DAMN
right? I'm glad you gave them a try.
I love it. Thank you so much for the tip
My pleasure
I can't wait to try these seemingly easy exercises. Thanks for sharing them.
You are welcome. They may be easy if you played an instrument, played sports or danced, Those disciplines build neural networks that make these hemispheric exercises easy. :)
I’m so glad I found you! I had my daughter 18 months ago and I’m dealing with mom brain! I didn’t even know that was a thing.
Our brains are so complex and hormones definitely do a number on them.
Thank you
This is good I am an avid dancer & I loved how easy the 1st 1 became when I decided 2 try moving it! Looking forward for more on brain synchronization.
Thank you. As a dancer you probably have pretty good synchronization. 😁
Awesome I've practiced them several times trying tO. Become a master 💪.. thank you so much for this
You're so welcome!
Try brushing your teeth with the opposite hand, and writing with the opposite hand... Simple abc writing, or just your name.
If you bounce a ball with your right... Do it with your left, same with tennis... Good luck lol.
Let me know how you get on.
Yes! Neurobics! Our brains need new, novel challenges.
@@GiftedBrainStudios I started brushing my teeth with the opposite hand... But trying this challenge you showed us... The brain gets confused, but I'm getting the hang of it quickly lol.
That's awesome! Keep up the good work!
Awesome...I love it!!! Namaste!!!
Yay, thank you!
Such a great set of exercises. Thanks!
My pleasure
Thank you so much for this video. I have brain injury. Etc
You can try the other hemispheric integration videos I have posted too, like 30 Days of Neuromotor Exercises. I hope it helps you see progress.
Super fun, and difficult
And so good for your brain!
Thank you!!
You're welcome! I love this stuff! It’s the simple things, done regularly, that create change.
Vielen Dank
freut mich
Cool! 😎
Thank you
Thanks for posting. I find it helps. I just have to remember to do them
My pleasure. It's easiest to remember by tying them to a task you already do everyday, like sitting on the toilet. ;)

Bridget. You should be on TV.
In today's world, this is TV. 😁
They wouldn't let her on TV... The children wouldn't want to go back to school lol.
LOL :)
And may I ask you how this brain sync helps? Serious question, i cannot seem to find any relevant info on the benefist and things it is great for. Like can it make meditation easier?
That’s a great question. We use a more specific protocol for stroke patients; to rebuild neural networks so they can walk, talk, and feed themselves again. But the process is the same. These hemispheric integration exercises build new neural networks in the brain, connecting at the corpus callosum.
Yes, it can benefit many everyday activities.
Hope this explanation helps. 😀
the last two were really easy for me, is there any particular reason why?
It sounds like you may have already built some neural networks for controlling those movements, that's a good thing. :)

1 st is hard last one I can do fast😀
That's great! Keep practicing.
@@GiftedBrainStudios I can now do 1st one also😀, and it's variation arm crossed
Thanks
@@arub.8780 That's Awesome!
Oh my God, I can’t make the first one. Is that a bad signal!???😮
Just keep trying! You'll be able to in no time at all! 😁
Me too! It was difficult.
aargh its hilarious. If I do it slow in total focus the first one is doable. But making it automatic and fast its just...its a mazing how two thumbs always come up, why is that? When and why have we build these pathways such way that exercise 1 seem to brake it down?
BTW have you heard about hemisync?
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I do know about hemisync. I love all binaural beats. It's common when you're first building the required neural networks to have a lot of mistakes, but as you practice and build and strengthen those pathways, you get more accurate with fewer mistakes. Muscle memory comes into play too.
@@GiftedBrainStudios Is there a eevolutionary reason why humans are left or right handed? Hemisync is quite amazing. Im doing gateway experience and and i find it to be most effective way to see behind the veil. Comparing it to various meditation techniques its just in another level.
@@jakeneva8349 I have done the Gateway Experience too. I moved from that to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations. It’s a natural transition.
@@GiftedBrainStudios Yes A lot of similarities between those to and not only those. All the significant mystery traditions have the same core basicly, its only a matter to find a proper tool for you to expand. Mitch Horowitz is a solid proponent of new thought movement and yet again the core there is the same.
Dispenzas way of explaining meditation for me is just hard to execute. Im sitll in babysteps in Gateway. Im assured it will develope my ability to execute meditation techniques.
@@jakeneva8349 I will check out Horowitz, he sounds familiar. I agree, that Dr. Joe's methods are definitely very left-brained (analytical), and that in itself can be a stumbling block.
I'm having difficulty doing more than 30 repetitions of the very basic exercise. Any suggestions?
Hi Thom, I would recommend that you do as many as you can and try to slowly build on that number. I would also recommend doing other neuromotor exercises like in the 30 Days of Neuromotor playlist. They will help build the neural paths to make these exercises easier.
Thank you for getting back to me. One would suppose that your response makes perfect sense. I will do it. I just didn't want to be spinning my wheels before advancing. Thanks again
Multi tasking not good for a male.......jeeez
Brain training is great for everyone. 😀
