I've been looking for a pattern like the Everyday Playdress but one that could use up some of the quilting cotton I have....this came so close! Thank you for the Adult Laundry Tee pattern, I will go grab it...and I'll keep checking in to see if a Playdress pattern is ever made for quilting cotton fabric.

I know I would be confused when selecting/deleting some pages of the pattern I am taping together.
That takes some getting used to. There is a layout graphic in the pattern that shows all of the pieces tiled together so you can see which individual page goes where 💕
I have the old pattern where I printed out 100 pages! Can I get the new pattern.? It looks a lot easier than that old patterns.
Hi Kathy. All of our patterns, both old and new, contain a print chart telling you which pages to print for each view. You absolutely did not need to print 100 pages. If you do want to get the updated pattern though, you can just redownload from your account on the website. ~K

This is the method most sewists use, especially if the Copyshop is too expensive in your part of the world. ~K
Can you make this knit top with just a regular machine? I don’t have a serger nor do I have a cover stitch machine.
You sure can! You can use a stretch stitch such as a zig zag or lightning bolt stitch. ~K

What type of fabric is the most recommended?
light to medium weight knits with atleast 40% 4 way stretch. Rayon jersey, ity, modal, bamboo. Any drapey jersey will work great! ~K

Hi Darlene, if you aren't on fb you can still get the LDT for $5. This free code is for the people who join our private sewing group - we use fb for that because it is currently the easiest forum for what we need to support sewists - though fb does have its downsides, of course! We are considering how to offer this freebie through an email opt-in. Keep an eye out for that if FB isn't for you

It's a completely separate front bodice with all the work done for ya and instructions are included in the tutorial (but basically, if there's a 4" difference between high and full bust, you can use the FBA pattern piece!) ~J
Hi. I just downloaded the Laundry Day Tee Sewing pattern yesterday and ready to print the pattern pieces out. I opened the pattern in Adobe but my page 3 is different than yours and I can't pick out the pieces I need. I have tried to read your page 3 but it isn't clear enough. Is there a way I can get a copy of your page 3?
Hi Barbara. If page 3 isn't the same then something is surely wrong. Did you make sure to download the Print at Home version? It sounds like you may have opened the Copy Shop or Projector files instead? ~K
What table are you using? Is the mat and table one piece or did you buy them seperately?
They were seperate pieces - the table is from Koala Craft I think but I can't remember where the mat is from :)
Is there not a front and back to the sleeve?
The front of the sleeve has a single notch to match the single notch on the front armscye. The back has a double notch to match the double notch on the back armscye. This applies to all of your patterns. ~K
Can you use one patten for all sizes if you purchase it
Yup! You can cut as many as you need, just print the sizes desired. ☺️ ~J
I usually send my A0 files to The Plotted Pattern and they print all sizes at once. I trace the patterns because my body parts are not all the same size. They also can print only the sizes you ask for.

Can it be made with cotton
This pattern can be made with cotton spandex - a knit fabric with stretch- but it can't be made with your everyday plain cotton fabric. The pattern has negative ease - read more about what this means on the blog here: www.lovenotions.com/?p=577818
how do you get trimless patterns
It's included in the "print at home" version of the pattern, which will be in your downloads once you "purchase" the pattern (for $0.00. ☺️) ~J
