These how-to-make instructions were very easy to follow. I've sewn for a long time and I learned some new techniques and I thank you for this video. You are a wonderful, professional seamstress!! 🧵🧵📍📍📍✂✂
The succulent fabric is my favorite. I bought all I could get ahold of, it was about 8 yards. I love it so much that I am taking the time to colorfast it.
I totally love the taco zipper pouch and your verbal instructions are very very nice as well completely showing video. You are a very good teacher! Thank you very much for all your videos🥰
Thank you, Alisa, for a go-to useful, scrap buster, gifting, skill builder @ a glance video! I always look forward to the weekends for your latest video❤️!
You have given me some great tips for projects I have already sewn in the past. I like some of your ways better than mine. Great instructions. Great presentation. Thank you.😃
Thank you so much! I'm trying out sewing today and this video has given me a lot of inspiration. Your voice and accent is so soothing and beautiful, I could listen to it all day
I am a beginner sewer and have been watching ALOT of TH-cam channels. Yours is the best and most informative channel I have come across yet! You explain things so well, I actually feel very confident in trying every single one of these projects including the zipper bags! Thank you so much 🥰 New subscriber here.
I have made scrunchies before and I have tried many ways to make them, but this technique is like a modified burrito method and it's the best (in my opinion! Awesome!
I would have like to see how you sewed the second half of the zipper in Project 4. I think you would have had to sew it going in the opposite direction, which would be cumbersome. It turned out very nice! Cute little project.
Love all of these!! What size needles are you using?? I feel like mine keep breaking😭 Especially project 4. I'd probably go through 4 needles before I'm done with the bag.
90/14 is usually the universal size I use for most projects. Check that your needle is all the way up and secured well, you can always go up a size too, and see if it helps.
Love these all! I have crocheted several headbands like the first one, several widths and also very thin to quite bulky yarn. Would this work with fabric as well?
How fun! You can definitely play around with the width, I just find that if it is very narrow then it becomes hard to sew that little "sandwich" on a sewing machine. Definitely can be done by hand without a problem :)
Okay, if it takes you about an hour per panel I guess I’ll be able to do it in… let’s say… a week? 🥴😅 without any chronic illness’ necessary rest it might be doable in a few hours max, I know a week is stretched very far though it might be more accurate in my case but counting only the time working on it then it should be doable in a few hours max yes 😊 Also: all the twill tape can be exchanged by denim from like say old jeans that are worn down since most often they still have parts that aren’t worn out like (in my case) the bottom part of the legs or the front panels beside the zipper(button(s) where the front pockets are. The seems can be cut and used as the ribbons or cording used for bags and such Serious question though: does the insulation interfacing really insulate enough?? It’s never insulated enough when store-made so I wonder if doubling that layer would be sufficient enough? Or how many layers you CAN do with it?
All patterns that I am wearing are self drafted, the pink blouse in the first half of the video is drafted form a button up shirt (there is a mini-series for Members) and adding a bow neckline to it, as well as modifying the sleeve (I have a sleeve tutorial on my channel where i show 5 different sleeve options).
I have a CHI iron, I think I got it last year when my old one broke, paid around $80 at Walmart, felt like robbery at first, but the steam in this iron is phenomenal, at least in my book :)
Please show an example of when you give up on a fabric as just too small to save as a scrap. I’ve seen some ideas of people using such tiny scraps, It just seems like it gets to some point when it’s OK to say goodbye. 😜

Love the head bands I’ll have those a try. Can you do videos on altering? Please!
Hello there, Virginia :) I have a ton of videos on altering, upcycling, resizing and mending :)
TY as always.
L O V E all your videos! Th. sweetie!
PROJECT 7 POTHOLDER: I HAD TO CUT THE LARGER FABRIC FROM 10" X 10" TO 11" X 11" TO KEEP IT FROM FALLING APART AFTER WASHING AND DRYING.
I had no problems with anything that you described with the dimensions that I used, but I am glad that you found a solution that works for you.
The heart project would adapt to being a lavender pouch.
Do you like your ironing pad? Does it work well to keep heat from the surface beneath?
Love all of these!! What size needles are you using?? I feel like mine keep breaking😭 Especially project 4. I'd probably go through 4 needles before I'm done with the bag.

Thank you for the easy projects. I’m just wondering why you put the interfacing on the outer fabric instead of the inner fabric?
Hello new subscriber here, your projects are really cool!
I would like to ask about project number 9, what is thesize of the clip?
Okay, if it takes you about an hour per panel I guess I’ll be able to do it in… let’s say… a week? 🥴😅 without any chronic illness’ necessary rest it might be doable in a few hours max, I know a week is stretched very far though it might be more accurate in my case but counting only the time working on it then it should be doable in a few hours max yes 😊

Did you miter your corners on the potholders?
Great ideas. Where do you get your knit fabrics from?
Hi, Deborah, here's a full video about it - th-cam.com/video/ZjFhnZg6OGk/w-d-xo.html
Thanks. I am wondering what pattern you are wearing?
All patterns that I am wearing are self drafted, the pink blouse in the first half of the video is drafted form a button up shirt (there is a mini-series for Members) and adding a bow neckline to it, as well as modifying the sleeve (I have a sleeve tutorial on my channel where i show 5 different sleeve options).
Hi, where can I get the headband pattern please?❤
What kind of iron do you have?
I have a CHI iron, I think I got it last year when my old one broke, paid around $80 at Walmart, felt like robbery at first, but the steam in this iron is phenomenal, at least in my book :)

Where can u find the google drive link for the templates please?
Hi there Kathy, thanks for asking - it is available for the Members of the channel in their perks (the Membership is paid)
I'm looking for this file, is this the knot headband? I have so many but I can't seem to find this one.
Hello there, it is on Google Drive, in the "Templates" folder. File name "Knot Headband template and gift tag" :)
Enjoy your videos. Where is the link to the labels? Thank you.
Oh, thank you for mentioning, the link and the discount code is in the description!
I don't see a link to the hair clips. Those clips would be great for my granddaughter
Oh that's funny.....I cut out my squares too as a template
I wish there was time stamps for each project so I can go back, find and stitch the projects.
@@csgracesew there are. She’s put a comment with them and they’re also at the bottom of the caption.
