Wow, that rain was intense. Nighttime is definitely the right time to be out and about. I spent a few days there back in 2010.

Beautiful city KL ,been there twice ,I specially like the loud thunder and rain its like been in heaven its still very warm even though its very wet for two or three hours,would love to live there for rest of my life.

I remember seeing the Towers as a kid during the day and crikey there's a bit of a contrast in tourist numbers. I see why though, it looks magical at night! Beautiful!

I've been to KL before quite a few times back in '98, due to when I was in Singapore, loved it. You should visit Singapore too, take the bus from KL to Singapore, your gonna love it. Safe travels

FYI when Dua lipa is in malaysia, she also eat a jalan alor.. im too shock to see her eating there, but so sad i cant take a pic with her, im a malaysian and TQ for making a video for my beautiful country. u should go to Bukit Ampang. and u can see the whole KL city , and a good view to chill. ..

You're right, night time is the sosial time due to heaty day time and mostly focuses on works. You came during between monsoon seasons and it is hotter and humid. Drink a lot and have towel to wipe your sweat since you yet to acclimatised. Have fun.
