Oh wow...You are the first person to ever leave one of these. Thank you so much. You've no idea how long these things take to make, so it's a big thing for that to be recognised by this. I shall dedicate my next video to you. If you want to email me a name or message, I'll give you a shout out as a thank you. Link in the channel description. Honestly, it has meant a lot to receive this.
@@altending Well until I watched this one I didn't notice the option to contribute, I imagine a lot of people aren't aware they can. I love your videos, have recommended them to others, you give a lot for nothing so a small contribution is well deserved. I'll put a note on ALS to highlight this (Dexterdogster) - feel free to mention me on the next video (Dexter is my dog by the way!).
TYVM I shall give you a mention and I saw your post on RTG thank you for the promotion there. I think you are right...many don't know it's there. For example it isn't there in the Regis video and that's because I am appealing the copyright claim from League 1 so I can't monetise it until after the copyright has been resolved (still 20 days time). The best thing about this video is that it showed everyone just how good we were a month before the season started, if only we had a decent manager. Turns out RLB looks like the man. That bet looks sweet now. Glad you enjoyed it. If you can be bothered a loot at the 'TO Do' list video will also show just how much Le Bris has fixed in a short space of time. Happy days at the minute aren't they.
Another great video thx , really look forward to these.always spot on with all the stats and more informative than any other content creator.keep up the good work Alt.its really appreciated..
My dad, a Sunderland fan. introduced me to your channel via the piece on Dodds. Fantastic videos with a unique way of thinking, thought Le Bris would be crap at SAFC until I watched your breakdown on him and now I'm thinking way more optimistically. Keep it up mate, you are very "outside the box" with the way you think. Great content.
Ahhh great to hear and welcome to the channel. Yes, it's all a bit different. I don't think there's another channel like it for any other club. And as for the optimism. Well, it would be bloody miserable to start a season without some hope. Fingers crossed eh. Spread the word marra.
Welcome to the channel then. There's lots to get your teeth into. Start with the links at the end of this video. There are three that kind of interconnect. Then there are some good tactical breakdowns, Leicester Away last season, Southampton at home. And some classic match reviews I put together, Preston away last day of the first season back. You'll enjoy all these. As well as that I do player reviews when we get new signings and of course, the full 50 minute season reviews of each of the last two years. There's loads to enjoy and hopefully some stuff I reveal in the analysis. Spread the word marra.
Yep, won't be able to cover every game, but I'll do as much as I can and solid channel supporters like yourself will keep me straight. It's all nearly upon us isn't it.
Spot on as always marra. Hope you’re well and enjoying the break from the pain and heartbreak of following Safc? Fingers crossed for a prosperous pre season.
Thank you and good to see you in the comments again. Foolishly after a lifetime of doing this, I am allowing myself to get carried away with optimism and my own video is encouraging me. Daft as... Fingers crossed though.
We found ourselves in times of trouble, Regis came across the sea. Bringing words of wisdom Reg Le Bris! Reg Le Bris! And now the light is shining brightly, heading to the premier league. Black cats are ascending C'est la vie! C'est la vie!
Great work as always. Especially good point on the U21s, I really enjoyed watching them in the final at Tottenham and I didn’t know they were the second youngest team in that league.
Hey, good to hear from you. I was at the Reading game, but on hols for the final vs Spuds so missed that. Glad you liked the vid. We'll have to get sorted for games this season. Not long till they start.
@@altending yes great. I was away for the fixtures coming out so haven’t absorbed it all but feel like all the handy ones are in the autumn, starting with Watford. I know I can’t do Pompey. Will give you a shout when they come round 👍🏻
We've shown we have a capable squad who can compete at the top of the table when they have a head coach who gives them good instructions (Mogga). Watching this team between Tony, Beale, and then Dodds, it was astounding how much worse they got - Dodds teams being the worst imo. Hoping RLB can coach them properly, give them good instructions, the players know what to do in every situation (like corners, free kicks, etc), and most importantly, a striker packs his shooting boots for the game. Brilliant video as well, Marra
I'm praying for two strikers and a playmaker to replace Pritchard. And a centre half and a winger and that the manager is good as well yeah that. If no experience comes in up top I can't take it.
@@altending Yeah we see flashes of brilliance from the lad and to be fair I didn't notice his defensive contribution. Keep up the good work it's appreciated mate.

Leo Hjelde is a centre back, and can easily be a much better lcb than onein. Way too harshly treated for a 20 year old playing out of position in a really bad team
Yes, lots of people tell me he's a CB, but he played LB for Leeds, Rotherham and us. He does largely play as the left sided defender in a back three for Norway though. I don't mind which position he plays, but if he's capable of playing CB as well it makes his purchase look more sensible. He needs time clearly, judging him on those games between Jan and May is too harsh and the whole squad played poorly at times.
@altending why does onien keep catching these stray bullets? A main stay in the with best defense in the league and no credit or respect is sent his way...I'd wager that he remains a mainstay under RLB as well especially with his outstanding distribution

@mikaelonallen3108 onein is a decent championship centre back but a lot of his defending is too rash and reckless, his ball carrying can be aimless, and he's not got the physical profile to be a top championship centre back. Hjelde has a lot of things to improve, but he has the potential to be a premier league centre back, and was he really that bad last season? I don't recall any big errors, his passing, decision making and defending was just a bit weak sometimes

This is the way. Got to build it up to have it dashed. It would be a miserable season if we began it with no hope.
