Great video. I watched this before raising the body. The only thing I can add is remembering to disconnect the ambient temperature sensor wire and plug from the front right between the bumper iron and body.

When the body is being lifted off where is the steering disconnected?
follow the steering column down and you will see a slip joint with a bolt
Do you have a rough estimate of the weight of the body with out the engine and frame?
its likely to be round 1 ton
Also does anyone know why the 2012 Discovery 4 has heater pipes going all the way around the vehicle ?
they are air con pipes
