A few problems to fix from leaks and levelling. We fit the new pond pump, using it as a dry pump, and we go back to the planning stage to include the new ebay surprise.
thebezponds are pre fabricated fibreglass ponds with 4 inch bottom drains - these will be the case of our new grow on system for the Japanese koi carp Tosai.

Really interesting with the heat pump, definitely something I would be looking into and as you said,the price for the big ones is silly money. Only thing I wish is that I had gone gravity fed originally,as it will be a major job to do now. Retro bottoms drain works a treat ever pump fed,so I will Definitely look into the heat pump you have. Thanks for sharing and as always, great insight 👍

@OrchardKoi be the same as yourself,always twerking things to get the best for my koi. Will be sitting on the edge on my seat for how the heat pump works and how in hell you get it all together and up and running,have to give me your secret for time management 🤣

Keep an eye on the Evolution Aqua rubber fittings Dave, they perish really quickly in my and others personal experience. No idea what the issue is, cheap rubber from China or not UV rated. Plumbers/Builders merchant are the best/cheapest by far and of course no "Koi Tax".

Yeah I've had issues before to, small ones I find fine the big ones I get from screwfix etc do some decent underground drainage ones. Hopefully being elements protected here should be good 👍 and you mate 🎉😊
