Thanks for the videos. Did you approach for crank bearing replacements. Worked great. My question is when I put the clutch basket back on and torqued to 36 ft/lbs. the basket does not move. Seems way Too tight. When you tighten down yoursDid it move at all. Should you still be able To spin the crank freely after you tightened.
In your opinion, the niche complete top end. Do feel it’s a good option or is it worth the money for OEM? And we’re you able to find a bearing and seal kit for all the crankcase or did you buy them separate?
It has done just fine for us have been able to ride it for a couple summers now. And we bought the seal kit separately as an all in one. Thanks for watching!
It’s 10 nm out of the manual. That comes to like 7.2ish ft lbs in standard. So 10ft lbs would be a little tight and if you get crappy head studs or nuts it might strip them.

Hello! Why there is big o-ring on the glutch? What is point of that?
I’m not really sure because oil ends up inside through the middle anyways, but I am sure there is a purpose.
How did u get the old crank bearings out?
They came out on the crank when I split the case, but you can tap them if needed. I bought a kit from niche still working to this day.
Pw80 in suriname goes 13 sec in 400meter
