You should find you have all the same keys to be able to do those alternative fingerings, it may be easier to stick to to the palm keys for the high notes, depending on your sax, but you should have all the others. You can play along with the tenor sax backing track (available from the site, just click on premium content button under this post in the TH-cam library). Hope that helps.

Well! Good exercise. The high F# doesn’t want to come out. And my sax doesn’t have the high F# key. It’s a Yamaha student model 😫 Yas 23 the traditional fingerings seem much easier and smoother than the alternative fingerings.
