Ihave been working out for 52 years and mix it up with many forms cardio, strength, yoga,meditaion. Thanks for the sweat Ladies!

Great class. Do you (by chance) offer a structured routine FOR muscle gains with cardio days mixed in?, like a months worth of structured work. I'm getting bum'd out waking up and looking for something on TH-cam that I "feel" like doing every day. I want some actual structure. TIA
