I actually cried the first time i did this exercise. it was so reassuring to here sydney encourage me and say as long as you put in your 100 percent, you should be proud of yoursefl and not beat yourself down for not being perfect. that was an amazing thing to hear i feel like i dont hear that often enough in my life. well long story short, this is has become my every morning workout and everyday im getting better. so grateful, keep up the good work.
I have been working out with Sydney since 2019 and all I can say is big thanks because I never get bored of her workouts (I can even repeat the same workout multiple times a week), plus the results are visible if you are consistent and the energy during and after is 🔥♥

I did it! This is the first workout I've done with this channel. I have a problem of getting very bored with working out, and this kept me entertained the whole way through! It was super hard, but I CRUSHED IT! After the halfway mark I had to start modifying the moves but I still gave it my all and this got my heart rate going crazy! Loved it, can't wait to tune in to another video tomorrow !

Last night I did a workout with you and it was really working out my hips and hip flexors. I’ve always been told we hold so much emotion in our hips. I was brought to tears last night during those moves. Not because it hurt. It was the release. And today I was laughing by butt off during the workout. A delirious high from working out.

I am 3 shades of red but I crushed it! Sydney, I have been working out with you and I am 5 months into my 3rd year. I have worked out on my own for years, jumping from one video to the next trying to build a successful full body workout. I have to tell you, you make it sooooo easy! Don’t get me wrong the workouts aren’t easy but following you everyday I get a complete full body workout without having to jump around to different sites and trying too remember what workout I did the day before. Like everyone else I had a tendency to go to the workouts that were my favorites and that is not always what your body needs. Now I get up every morning, or just about every morning and say ok Sydney what do you have for me today. Thank You! You’re the best!
May be a year late I’m doing the chloe ting challenge and saw this as an extra workout this is really amazing I thought I’d be taking breaks much more I did take a few one minute breaks because I am not perfect but you are really positive and made me keep going thank you ! Also I am sweating so much which is good !
you might have finished to the chloe thing challenge already but i have found that while she DOES help you lose weight, chloe's workouts don't really tone your muscles (if thats what you want idk lol) but i think sydney's workouts are WAY more effective. just for your reference :)
@@angelaliu504 everybody see's different results. chloe ting's workouts might be amazing for toning muscles for one person, and then a different person might think chloe's workouts are only good for losing weight. you can't tell anyone else that 'this particular workout doesn't work' because you didn't see results, but actually that person might see amazing results. every body type is different.

I crushed it too Day 1.. it was vwry difficult Day 2... sore Day 3.. i cld finish most of the workouts but i skipped the burpees. Almost a month now.. I really feel the difference. I have reduced 2.5kgs of my weight. I could have reduced more but i wasnt following any diet controls. I would also like to suggest that if you add abs workout with this, you will see tremendous results. Last advice... control your diet.. (i have started) All the best guys.

These are really the best workouts for any level..you can definitely tell that they are working and you are building endurance when you can make it through. I also love how you teach about form..I don’t really need a trainer. A lot of them are doing these same activities..

I am so wore out and drenched post the hiit workouts. I have to stop with dumbells for the time being due to my hand but these are on fire.

Day 1.. it was vwry difficult
Day 2... sore
Day 3.. i cld finish most of the workouts but i skipped the burpees.
Almost a month now..
I really feel the difference. I have reduced 2.5kgs of my weight. I could have reduced more but i wasnt following any diet controls. I would also like to suggest that if you add abs workout with this, you will see tremendous results.
Last advice... control your diet.. (i have started)

These are really the best workouts for any level..you can definitely tell that they are working and you are building endurance when you can make it through. I also love how you teach about form..I don’t really need a trainer. A lot of them are doing these same activities..
