- Jeff's Wild World #41: This time, villagers start giving me their pictures en masse! That includes one from Bob! Pascal mentions a fish that's not in the game, and Samson mentions a feature that's not in the game. Tom Nook discusses opening a new shop, I take my HRA score to new heights, and I also shoot down a couple more UFOs, gaining my first duplicate item and one that's the #1 way to water flowers. Resetti apparently drops a note, but he was seemingly speechless for the first time ever. And Kid Cat has a serious brain injury and starts seeing some strange sights.
This is Animal Crossing: Wild World for Nintendo DS, but played on the Wii U Virtual Console. This episode covers events from October 1st through November 17th, 2021.

I love how nook mentions the city but this was before city folk. I know the games are basically the same but Nintendo was thinking ahead and I really like that

Man I love Roscoe, he's my all time favorite horse in the game. I've only had him in City Folk, and at that time he was Static's partner in crime. He's always got your back.

I really miss some of the Gulliver items that have been here since the beginning that didn't make it into New Horizons, though. Chief among them, the Mouth of Truth, and the Manneken Pis. When I played the GameCube version as a kid with my dad, those two were *hilarious* to me. And I still think the Mouth of Truth in particular would look really good on my island!
The *~YUMMY~* sound effect caught me off guard lol
When I was a kid, Lobo and Wolfgang were the best guys in town, they had their houses right next to each other. Sadly my 6-7 years old me didn’t knew what debts were and I restarted my town lots of times :( Damn, I would love to have one of them on New Horizons

yea the excuse is that the floor will give in or something, and totally not that this game is running on a puny ds so i CANT make my living room have 80 gyroids in it ):/ but on the topic of room limits i reached the limit in new leaf one time and it makes me wonder what the exact limit for it is

Goldie and Bob on a dinner date I ship it. Had Cleo who dated Wart Jr. In the GameCube version. She said something that gave away the location or something about her 'boyfriends' house and it was Wart Jr.

I think he was talking about Sable and Mable because he said "sisters". Label was working for Gracie/out of the picture at this point.

I've played Wild World a good bit, and I know about space problems in your house. Could you put the pictures on tables to lower the numbers?
No, because each room is limited to 24 items. So if I used tables, I would have even fewer spots available for the pictures.

Yes, unfortunately. Anytime I try to place a 25th item, even if it's a tabletop item on top of something else, it says the floor is going to give out.

How many hours would you recommend playing animal crossing so you don’t get bored?
Everyone is different, so that's up to you. I generally play short 15-20 minute sessions...mainly just to speak to everyone once, check the shop, and dig up fossils. But it helps if you have goals that you work towards (looking for furniture to decorate your house, or going for a perfect town, HRA score, etc.).

It's just the default flag that's in the game, I never changed it.

Yeah, those are designs that are already in the game. I believe Treehut is a reference to the Nintendo Treehouse, which is a localization team within Nintendo.

Oh, you need to achieve perfect town status and maintain it for ~15 days. Ask Pelly/Phyllis about the environment for tips on what you need to work on. You may need to add trees, cut down trees, add flowers, pick up trash, or pull weeds. It can be tricky to get it just right.
