Iam here in August 2021. Ben wants "a relationship that is deeply meaningful and one to which he can be deeply committed." Then he went on to date Anna Armes. That was not the one. Then he went back to JLO. It is clear that that relationship may be what he was looking for. I watch them as much as possible. Love that they seem to be deeply in love. It is rare these days.

Love this. He got very real. Theres a high percentage of addicts who also have a mental health issue called dual diagnosis. It makes sense they go together...like depression and addiction, which I have with PTSD. We numb up when we cant cope. Im so happy to hear him come through. He broke the cycle of substance abuse. Best gift he could ever give his kids.

When u have unlimited resources living in sobriety is difficult. Mind will naturally want to pull you back to that dark alley. I personally believe the trick is to always exercise yourself physically/mentally occupied working out reading cooking directing any hobby like he mentioned here. I myself is riding that sobriety bus and I like it!

I completely empathize with his pain and anxiety. He seems to want to do so well with everything in his life. He has been painted as a villain often by the media, and you can see by his face that he knows that. You can see an underlying tension on his face in every interview because he wants so badly to get past his pain and make light of things to be seen a certain way by the public. I hope there comes a day where he’s happy with himself and not as concerned about what that happiness looks like to the rest of us.

I’m 3 weeks completely sobor. It’s such a difficult mental challenge. It was actually a back injury that made me make the decision. The not working out is the hardest part no doubt
I really like Ben and wish he finds real happiness. Depression is a terrible thing. You have to fight it every day, never let it take hold of you because once it does, it's so difficult to hold off. When you are in the middle of a depression, you have to take every minute as it comes, don't think of the past or the future, just the present. Even better, don't think of anything, just go to the movies, go and read a book, join a course or a club, become a volunteer, just do something, one step at a time, that will help dig you out of the hole you are in. And once you are out, never let depressive thoughts take hold. When you are starting to think them, brush them away, get yourself busy. As to Ben, I think one of his regrets was breaking up with Jennifer Lopez. Now in 2022 it's beautiful to see that they've both gotten a second chance and they have married. I wish him all the best.
Any addiction, of any sort, is so painful and so ugly. And the worst thing is for so long one cannot see it themselves and will always deny it. Hopefully his pathway is brighter for his future. And that of his family.

It's obvious the Ben and JLo had never really gotten over each other and have taken this opportune time to rekindle what they once had. My concern is if Ben can handle the 'stratospheric' popularity of JLo. Even though he is hugely popular, he will always be the second banana, so to speak, if he continues in a relationship with her. When he was with Jennifer Garner I think they were both on more equal ground and he probably had no feelings of inferiority to her. Hopefully their (his and JLo) love will become more and more stable and they will have a wonderful happy life together.
Jen G wasn't really that big. Ben was the star. I believe she was comfortable with that having that kind of husband, but Ben probably thought was it really worth to make that change. I think it wasn't.

You can see an underlying tension on his face in every interview because he wants so badly to get past his pain and make light of things to be seen a certain way by the public. I hope there comes a day where he’s happy with himself and not as concerned about what that happiness looks like to the rest of us.

I really like Ben and wish he finds real happiness. Depression is a terrible thing. You have to fight it every day, never let it take hold of you because once it does, it's so difficult to hold off. When you are in the middle of a depression, you have to take every minute as it comes, don't think of the past or the future, just the present. Even better, don't think of anything, just go to the movies, go and read a book, join a course or a club, become a volunteer, just do something, one step at a time, that will help dig you out of the hole you are in. And once you are out, never let depressive thoughts take hold. When you are starting to think them, brush them away, get yourself busy. As to Ben, I think one of his regrets was breaking up with Jennifer Lopez. Now in 2022 it's beautiful to see that they've both gotten a second chance and they have married. I wish him all the best.

It's obvious the Ben and JLo had never really gotten over each other and have taken this opportune time to rekindle what they once had. My concern is if Ben can handle the 'stratospheric' popularity of JLo. Even though he is hugely popular, he will always be the second banana, so to speak, if he continues in a relationship with her. When he was with Jennifer Garner I think they were both on more equal ground and he probably had no feelings of inferiority to her. Hopefully their (his and JLo) love will become more and more stable and they will have a wonderful happy life together.
Jen G wasn't really that big. Ben was the star. I believe she was comfortable with that having that kind of husband, but Ben probably thought was it really worth to make that change. I think it wasn't.
