I think he could do SO MUCH if he gave lectures about overcoming addiction. Just a few minutes he spoke on addictive behaviors in this interview was SO POWERFUL. As a recovering addict myself it was extremely identifiable and meaningful.

Ben is one of the most intelligent people in the biz, hell the guy got kicked out of a casino for card counting taking in nearly 200k - who the hell does that? . The guy is probably manic and his escape was alcohol. I have a buddy that way so I feel for Ben.
This should actually go on to the comments in general but it's nice to know that celebrities meaning they are in movies that we watch they probably have disorders and they probably take medicine for it and we don't even know because they will not talk about it the only wanted to show their strong side and I believe people who are human beings can show us both sides so we can see that they struggle with things too but they're not just the Barbie doll and a beautiful because of money to be beautiful

Ben Affleck congrats on your clean time. One of the main things about recovery is do not isolate. I had never seen you on tv before and you have a great personality. Recovery like grieving is different for everyone. If God is #1 concerning your coping skills you will be able keep moving forward. The movie clip looked great a good role for you! I want to share that it's important to forgive yourself (so to speak) for prior heavy drinking. Personally I was a binge drinker. I did a lot of stupid things. And can recall a crazy man 'William' slipping me a mickey graduation night over 40 years ago. The bad guy tried to drive me off a cliff. He should have been reported as I had his name. Great show today Kelly!
I can see in this interview that Ben probably has ADHD and anxiety, like me. I talk and laugh and joke just like him, and I become breathless and talk so fast, and share so much when I am anxious cause other people are looking or listening to me. I turn into a clown. He seems like a pure soul and I personally can understand his addiction problems. People with ADHD are 4-5 times more likely to become addicted to things, because our brains struggle with impulse and self control. On top of it, he also seems to come from a poor background, which adds complex layers of self soothing and trying to overcompensate for what you lacked as a kid. I also grew up poor and one of my addictions or copying mechanisms is to buy things, have become a hoarder. The mind is so complex that we should really never judge anyone. We don't know what happened in their life or how their brain functions, to make any accurate assumptions about someone. I know, I am making some assumptions about him, but I hope I am being fair and providing some insight.

I love Kelly's show. It's so light-hearted and fun on the surface, but she easily transitions to serious topics without letting it get too depressing. Kelly's been through stuff so she's not scared of talking about anything. Maybe it's a personal bias, but I think southerners are natural conversationalists.
Kelly, I remember you with brunette hair and American idol and this was after Leanne Rimes was inducted to Opry and I think CMA but anyhow I love you having support and being a career person with your family and Sharing with others and even though my youngest daughter would not think I see or would recognize her for her personality when she is amongst her peers and others and her mom not being around, I actually see her when I watch you on your show and that is a back handed compliment, because all parents want to speak good of our kids but truth is even though they are our children and we believe we see and know all, not all is seen and heard and that is why - you pray and know of ones you have surrounded yourself with because of them and also because you as a mom or at least me ....put women and children's and family protection first. But I just say keep up the encouraging part of your show and life because losing yourself when you know yourself .....SUCKS because deafeating self negative talk or the feeling of self sabotaging is real and it henders your love of life and makes it easier for others to manipulate and crush ...any healing or even just appreciation for wanting to smell the Rose's and stinks if your left feeling like your stuck in shit.

When i was a kid,my Dear Father used to tell me some nice stories that his bones told him during his life.One of them is related to Whales around the Coast.
When they eject water from their Noses,this water is used to water some gardens and one of them is central park.
And the snakes around the central park take advantage of this watering and come out from the soil to catch this water.As the female & male of snakes are living together around the central park,once they start to come out from soil ,Eagles around the sky flying very high detect the snakes and come down very quickly to hunt them or sometimes in order to make snakes more visible,they send them some of their eggs and catch them easily.
Once the central park is cleaned from snakes,the Wolves send their babies to play with sheeps with the risk of sheeps to be hunted by the babies of Wolves.

I think it's ironic he was raised by a single mom and so is his kids
