Hi Joie. Thanks for all your lovely comments. It's great to see you're watching all our episodes!! Trust me the timber stairs would have dominated the space too much. The white is absolutely perfect !!! And you'll be happy to know i'm sitting in my upstairs office as I type this to you xo Lana
Three Birds Renovations lol thanks Lana, im absolutely binge watching but will continue tomorrow....i dont know what i will do once ive watched all of them. I will keep the comments going, no need to respond to them....i can tell from the videos that youre all prettyyyy busy. Xoxo from Canouan Island. Much success to you guys.
This is definitely the most beautiful staircase I've ever seen. Personally, I think they've made the right choice to paint it in white. This is absolutely gorgeous !! OMG !!!
Dear Erin, Lana, and Bonnie, Your videos are extremely satisfying and incredibly bingeworthy! Thanks for sharing such incredible and inspiring design journeys; I'm in awe every episode, and can't wait to see everything else you've remodeled! All the best, keep enjoying the exploring of your creativity!
Hi Anna. Yes they looked nice with the timber edging, but once we pulled the protective cover off the treads there was definitely too much timber which felt jarring against the rest of the white. Thanks for following our journey xx Lana xx
Oh my, I finally found this episode. Lana the pebble floor is a brilliant addition. Furthermore, that staircase is a work of art within itself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've never ever even seen a house like any of these......I still can't wrap my head around how it would feel to live in something so big and beautiful!
Lana I loved the natural wood, it looked so crisp and luxe, but you were absolutely right to paint it all white. More subtlety powerful. In hindsight, the timber read too 'zig-zaggy'. Of course you were right!! Stunning, as is your whole house!
Ann Littlejohn thanks so much for your comment. I definitely thought about it a lot but was convinced it had to be white. My vision was always all white and I had to stick to that. The timber looked even more imposing when we pulled off all the protective covering and the timber treads were revealed. Definitely too in your face. The white works and it’s remained clean and crisp. I love it. Thanks for you kind words. Lana xx
So what I’ve discovered today is...’working’ from home is not the way to go when you have just discovered a new TH-cam channel and you end up binge watching every bloody episode....aaahhhhh! Lana, your house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Everything I would want if I were renovating my own home 😀 Also, every single one of your other projects are to die for! If I win the lottery tonight I’m going to fly you ladies over here to the U.K. and see if you can help me with my new house!
I would love to know where she is too. She is a beautiful person I used to work with Bev. She even came to my first wedding nearly 30 years ago. She was the only one I invited from my whole office.
@@livelovelife32 You missed the point. I would love to know where she is now. And if she is still with us as she would be elderly by now. Obviously she doesn't live there anymore.
Three Birds Renovations From the side view, some of the stairs have a strip of wood that is under the stair parallel to the floor (the first lot of stairs you put in) but not the ones you put in in the 2nd stage.
This is amazing!!! I am watching back episodes to try and work out what flooring you have used throughout the downstairs areas? Wood look tile? Wood flooring? Thanks so much!!!! x
Danielle Stahl | Baby Portraiture Hi Danielle. You need only ask!!! It's called Pearl White from Woodcut. It's engineered timber. I absolutely love it. Call them and tell them I sent you. Lana xx
Three Birds Renovations thanks so much for your help!! I got a sample and it looks great. Did you just paint the stairs?? How do they hold up? I appreciate your help!
Esther Majek oooh sorry!! I understand how you feel!! Lots of people felt the same but it was staying true to my vision board to paint them white and that gave my whole house the feel I wanted. But thanks for sharing 😘😘 Lana xx
Three Birds Renovations you don’t have to apologise that’s very sweet, it’s your house you do what you want and don’t ever ever feel that you have to apologise to anyone that writes a comment I wrote that as my opinion you owe me nothing I never wrote it to make you feel like you had to justify yourself I just wrote it because I got a shock and wrote what I thought but like I said you paid for it’s your home you look at it everyday you have to be happy 😊 everyone can’t be pleased because we all have different styles but thankyou for taking the time to write back your a very cool person I love watching you all sorry if I offended you with my thoughts x 😘
Esther Majek aww that’s lovely to say thank you. I try to reply to most comments and sometimes try to explain our design choices. Your thoughts are welcome any time on here. Thanks so much for watching. We will be revealing our latest home - House 11 - in a few weeks. Can’t wait to hear what you think. Lana xx
the room looks good. the chandelier is interesting and probably expensive. however since it's white, you can't really see it well. it blends in and practically disappears among the room and furnishings which all together are over 90% white. monochromatic colors should be used sparingly and not overdone because it make things look bland.
I thought they should have left the natural timber as well, until i saw the final result. I thijk most of us look at the individual elements we like, whereas talented designers like the ladies over here can see the big picture.
The staircases were not better boxed in. I think your friend got it wrong this time... plus leaving the timber as is would have been extraordinarily perfect.
Bonnie says Lana's going to need sunglasses in the house, now look who's talking LOL her house is so bright it hurts
Oh nooo i would have def kept the natural timber on the staircase but it looks gorg regardless

I too was torn until I saw it in white. It’s stunning and looks divine in white. Smart choice. Love your home!!!!!!
Once I saw it in white I could see that it was better, l loved the timber too though!
BONNIE WAS RIGHT THE TIMBER LOOKED AMAZING
I actually love that they painted the stairs. It's a clean look
THAT STAIRCASE!! Really makes a statement and just transforms the house to another level
I seriously can't deal! This house is absolutely stunning.
haha - love it Mikayla. I've VERY lucky to be living in it .... looking at that staircase now as I write this ;-)) Lana x
This is definitely the most beautiful staircase I've ever seen. Personally, I think they've made the right choice to paint it in white. This is absolutely gorgeous !! OMG !!!
NOOOOO😭the staircase looked so much better with the wooden outlines😭
Those stairs!!! Un-believable!!! So stunning.
I love the staircase. Such understated elegance. Lush
I can't even handle those stairs. SO amazing.
NOOOOO U SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE STAIRCASE HOW THEY WERE

😱the stones on the wall in the laundry room is absolutely gorgeous!
Beyond stunning! I'm so blown away by how beautiful it is!
Wow those stairs are incredible. Maybe one of the best ones i've seen in a long time.
Lana is my favorite! She is frickin hilarious and I love her home!!!
I would have left the stairs as they were, but that's me.
Hi Anna. Yes they looked nice with the timber edging, but once we pulled the protective cover off the treads there was definitely too much timber which felt jarring against the rest of the white. Thanks for following our journey xx Lana xx
That staircase! Omg love!!!
The staircase is DEVINE the all white with metal hardware brings such muted elegance. I am truly obsessed!
Oh my, I finally found this episode. Lana the pebble floor is a brilliant addition. Furthermore, that staircase is a work of art within itself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love how straight and to the point you ladies are with each other! I die laughing every time.
Absolutely Stunning!
I've never ever even seen a house like any of these......I still can't wrap my head around how it would feel to live in something so big and beautiful!
I mean, the staircase is just stunning.
I LOVE the look of the white staircase. It looks so seamless with the rest of the design
I seriously cant get enough of you guys 😍 This house is absolutely amazing! 🙌🏼
loving the longer episodes! even only a few mins longer is awesome
Its official, Three Birds and Property Brothers are my most favorite interior designers! I love everything 😍
Lana, your home is absolutely divine! ❤
that stairway is so ridiculously beautiful!
Lana you're a lucky woman, this human is phenomenal! So happy you happy the edging to the staircase. xx
So glad I found you guys, loving the videos xx
Stunning home.
Also once the house is finished will yous be sharing how much the Reno cost?
heartwarming... and the design of the stairs is one of my favourite things
Cate K thank you 🙏. I still love my stairs soooooo much 💗 Lana xx
@@Threebirdsrenovations I've not seen anything like them ... and thanks for making my day so incredibly interesting and bright - 'white' 💗
Greetings from the U.K! Insane house - in the best possible way :) Beautifully curated!
The most beautiful staircase for sure ❤
Love the stairs!
Those curtains are insane! So long!! It’s absolutely dreamy.
The Stair Case is a Dream 😍😍

Relishing every second of these!
Excellent choice painting the stairs. Beautiful and classy. Always stick to YOUR design choices!!
i wonder if you had to use different color white paint for wall, the stairs, ceiling extra? I love the whole look as a whole.
Wow! You 3 are amazing!❤️
My god! Very beautiful.
Wow this home is beautiful
Love these stairs

Lana - I'm moving in!
That void & staircase was SHEER DESIGN GENIUS!!!!!! @8:52 +++ Incredible @9:37
the white stairs definitely match the santorini feel you were aiming for
Aw, Did u kick the mother in law out?? I would have loved to have seen a cottage outback for her or somewheres...beautiful home though, just amazing.
I was wondering about that too. No place for the mother in law
I would love to know where she is too. She is a beautiful person I used to work with Bev. She even came to my first wedding nearly 30 years ago. She was the only one I invited from my whole office.
@@karencooper1279 maybe she decided to move and that's what actually triggered this reno?
@@livelovelife32 You missed the point. I would love to know where she is now. And if she is still with us as she would be elderly by now. Obviously she doesn't live there anymore.
that stairs case♡ ♡ love♡
It's huge.. Its hard to Hate.. Love it
I love this house. Preferred the stairs before you painted them. It just gave it a bit of added detail. It was beautiful.
the timber was SO MUCH NICER!
So wish you kept the timber on the stairs that was epic!
Staircase is amazing! Where can I find the hardware for the frameless glass??
Unas GENIAS las felicito!! Yo usaría un toque de colores pasteles demasiado blanco!
Beautiful ladies!
Oooooh!! I ❤️ the white stair!
The stair cases looks beautiful, but exactly how does one keep it clean since it’s white-painted?
The staircase is everything!
Looks amazing!! Why do only every 2nd lot of stairs have trim underneath?
Deb Shand hey gorge. What do you mean?? Lana x

omg i love it !!!!
Hi
Love the Reno.
I was wondering where the dining room table came from?
Cheers
Tom
Tom thank you. It’s from Freedom furniture. All the details of everything in this house are on our website under Get The Look 💪
THAT STAIRCASE!!!!!!!
Brilliant
I was so sad when the stairs were painted
I can’t find the video to the house 3 Build 😩 @ThreeBirdsRenovation help!
Where can we find the first house projects? I don’t see those on TH-cam

The glass is beautiful but I have three little ones and I can’t imagine keeping it clean 😜 I have a hard time with our glass doors in the house
I can’t believe you painted those stairs they were way better before being painted that was such a let down when they got painted 😱😭
Esther Majek oooh sorry!! I understand how you feel!! Lots of people felt the same but it was staying true to my vision board to paint them white and that gave my whole house the feel I wanted. But thanks for sharing 😘😘 Lana xx

Jennifer H. It’s all from Freedom - the furniture chain 😘
What's La La? @7:58 ???
I love their style but I like the timber instead of the white. Never the less, it is beautiful.
Chilly G that’s ok. Timber was beautiful but I’m also really happy with the white! It was closer to my vision board of Santorini. Lana x
I love the house! My only question is why is every house you do so loo white?
But where does granny go ??
I think it is the nicest house in the world.
Where is Erin's house reno?

What a bout the budget?
Why would anyone need or want heated flooring in a laundry room? What a wasted expense for a room like that.
do they buy those hanging lamps whole sale because they ALWAYS use them and they're hideous.
shouldn't have painted the timber.
Aghh this house needs some colour tho. Too blant
You are my new drug....
