I love how every square inch of the plot is used up to create a cohesive huge living space. Love it ❤️ If I needed to be picky I would change the rectangular rug at the bottom of the staircase, something doesn’t feel right there.

My favorites are the practical stuff like the laundry & the mud nook & butlers pantry, as well as the entry with those stairs... the seal height in the living room is everything! Love the patios around the house and also the media room is sooooooooo nice!

JUST WOW!! This is truly the best of the Birds, and done on a scale where we can all kind of imagine ourselves having the same thing. Amazing from start to finish and I wouldn’t change a thing. Just a side not everyone that works for the Birds are so stylish 😍😍😍😍
The living room is jaw dropping and the house overall is lovely! My guess is that this will be a "guinea pig" before proceeding with the mass distribution of the plans. A few points of constructive feedback I'd like to humbly provide: 1. There doesn't seem to be much benchtop workspace in the kitchen specifically on the island and on either side of the cooktop. This could possibly be improved by flipping the stovetop and the glass cabinets. In addition to shifting the island sink to the right of the island to provide more workspace on the other side (think kiddies in the kitchen making cookies at the island on Christmas, you'll need lots of room for their messes!) :) 2. The gold fixtures on the doors (handles & hinges) are a little brassy and feel a bit 90s, not sure how well they'll age 10-20 years from now. You can't go wrong with an oiled bronze or matte black to provide some contrast. 3. I'm curious how the the BBQ area will age with time (heat warping and possible soot build up on the back wall and on the ceiling) since that area is very compact. 4. That half moon shaped bench in front of the tiled wall, is very close to the edge of the pool. To get around it you'd have to traverse the 6-12in of space between the bench and the edge of the pool or crawl over the bench to get to the other side (imagine doing that after a few drinks!). 5. The second floor kid's/guest bath has a vanity area that's teeny tiny, maybe consider moving it to the opposite wall and increase its width to create more counter top space (this might save some teenage quarrels in the future!). Can't wait for the next house y'all!

Love the natural light, big windows, the indoor/outdoor living. But it's not my style. I prefer a warmer, more lived-in comfy home. But I can certainly admire the artistry that went into this beautiful home.
Beautiful...I have binged watched all Three Birds House episodes...well done Ladies! My dream is to be a Bird, just finished a long remodel (boo COVID making it longer) as a love letter to myself.
