Good eye, they're still under construction with other townhomes on the street. It's certainly one of the desirable neighborhoods near downtown. Lot of new commercial businesses are popping up along Washington Ave also.
Do the HOA 'S in townhouses allow you to house hack them?Also do they allow you to do short term rentals , such as Airbnb? Thinking of investing in one
Good question, Stan. Quickest answer is that it depends on the HOA regarding vacation and short term rentals. As for house hacking, I believe as long as the residence is your primary within a single-fam or residential property for a min of a year you should be ok. I would advise further research to clarify.
