This looks like a great property but because the camera person was too close to the realtor, it was not easy to see the space. Try long shots next time and not close ups through out.

Is this video about the home or about you Lol. All I see the camera just focuses on you instead of the features inside the home. Need better editing and more footage to see the overall space of each room. All I see is you moving your arms 😂

I saw little of the house but saw a LOT of you. You're an alright brother but, the property speaks loudly if the camera shots were on the features and essence of the home than on the person that's showing it. Feel as if I am not getting a feel for the space and its the perfect size for me.... Its just less of me being able to see the space vs the very close up showing of the guy on the video... I rather see more of the home less jump cuts and close ups to understand a flow of the place. Yeah, the person presenting can be seen but the main thing is the home and giving people an idea of what they getting. Oh, well they just started but their are plenty of examples online of how to do it.

@@TreyFindsTx no it doesn't. Texas has absolutely NOTHING compared to California. You may not get a 3000 sqcft home but you can sti find a home 15 minutes from the beach for this price and that beats Texas any day

I’m moving to Texas The cheapest house you can get where I live at 500 grand most of our houses here cost more than that I knew Texas was cheap but I didn’t know is this cheap
Prices have gone up since the pandemic but still very affordable compared to the West Coast!

I’ve noticed something rather peculiar about the USA. Why is is common that the half bathroom is right next to the kitchen?
It’s not even on the opposite side of the kitchen. Gotta hope nobody does a number 2 in the half bath
Good observation, this is a common design feature many buyers have elected to have removed or placed elsewhere for obvious reasons.
