Been to a few highrises in H-town and cant stand the smell of herb, I don't give a rats butt if someone uses it, but in a highrise the smell lingers in the halls, elevator, parking garage and is sickening. The problem is everywhere but just more noticeable in a closed concrete box.

900 sqft isn’t a tiny house. Technically they are not more than 250 . This is a small home.

Me and my husband lives in a small roughly 860 sq ft home built in 1964. I guess “tiny” living was a thing before it became popularized as it is today. Our home was remodeled and look’s totally different from its original look. But I wouldn’t dare call our home “tiny” I dislike the word for any home bigger than 800sq. I usually tell others that we live in a modest 800sq ft plus home. 😊

It’s always been my dream since I was little to live in a high rise like these in Houston. When you go through them can you talk a little about the area around where the high rise is located and like significant places around it? Just like if it’s in a sketchy area or a safer side of Houston. Love the bud though man 💯

The only problem I have with new construction are the primary bedrooms closets. They never matches the energy of the bedroom and especially the bathroom. The closet should be fire 🔥. I’m expecting to see California Closets installed to bring forth the essence of the suite. It’s always a let down except for those who did the right investment. Details of storage especially in the primary bedroom closet should never be sold short.
