Why the 3 hours? And High setting?? If you are going to go high, you get 30min tops, if you want to cook it slow (some kind of special meat) ok you go 2hours on low. But for a cheap easy to cook chicken breast? That defeats the whole purpose of the electric pressure pot... at least thats what I've learnt from experience.
