Kobe is Japan's oldest trading port and is popular with Japanese people for its somewhat Western-style fashionable atmosphere. However, since it is not popular with foreigners, there are few inbound tourists, and It may be the most Japanese thing these days.
Welcome to my hometown, Kobe. I work for the Hanshin Electric Railway. 1:55 The arch at Kobe-Sannomiya Station has remained since it first opened in 1933, a historic structure that has withstood both the Kobe Air Raids and the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. As Kobe is known as a port city, I recommend exploring the Bay Area, especially around Port Tower. One highlight is a part of Meriken Park, where sections of the collapsed wharf, damaged by the earthquake, have been preserved. In addition to Kobe beef, there are many other local specialties, one of which is "miso-dare gyoza" (dumplings with miso sauce), a popular dish among locals that I think visitors from abroad will enjoy, so please give it a try. I loved how you wandered around, aiming to find the ropeway station by intuition rather than relying on a map. Thank you for the enjoyable video.
I loved the moment when Zane said kanpai. Would you like to take an onsen next time? Onsen is a must when traveling in Japan. A real onsen will soothe the fatigue of your travels. If you are uncomfortable being naked, you can use your small hand towel to hide your private parts when you are moving from dressing room to bathing area and back again.Everyone does it. Especially,Oita is the onsen capital of Japan.
Hey you in Kobe next time you can go to Harbor land its a cool place by the sea .china town is famous too and there is a place called Suma where there is a beach and an aquarium in summer you can swim with the dolphins..
Vicariously living through your videos brother. We watched a bunch before we went to Japan earlier this year and now we are jonesing to go back - you're scratching an itch but also making it worse haha - happy travels and keep up the good work!
@ oh okay. I have seen her like in the Philippines I thought she was just helping him tour or something but I never got dating vibes. but since you mentioned it , it makes sense now. Thanks
He was named Kobe because his parents saw it on a restaurant menu and thought the bame was cool. We don't know if they actually ate it. Also, when Kobe Bryant told this story, he pronounced Kobe properly. He didn't say "Kobi."
If anything steak is DEFINITELY ruined for you because steak in Japan is on several levels above everywhere else in the world. Whereas you can still get decent ramen in the US. At the same time though, you spend a lot of time in Asia so should be no big deal.
HAHAHAHA...What do you mean you didn't excpect it to be big? It's Sannomiya BTW a part of Kobe. I knew you would be going to steak land before I watched the video. That is for tourist and just so-so for real Kobe beef. You need to go at night to get the full experience becuase it's very busy and tons of people at night. It's my neighborhood and where you were is dead during the day. Also you should have walked down the shopping arcade.
It seems your ears pop quickly, how's flying for you then? Going up for me is sort of ok, but descending,,, oef it hurts. (as in a lot). Good earplugs plus tiger balm (or stronger) seems te help tons. Rub is on the pressure points way before descending. Just behind the earlobe, and rub it like it's your last day on earth. Really massage that stuff in. You are welcome. getting excited...? 100K subs
I find it so rude that you sat there eating with your camera in that poor women’s face sat beside you. She has went out for a nice meal and surely cant be comfortable with that. Frankly I’d have asked you to turn it off or away from me.

Wow modern city and clean
Kobe is also famous as jazz city in Japan.
Excellent~😋KOBE BEEF🥩👍Nice report~😻😻😻ニャー
It’s pronounced Kobeh, not Kobi.
Saying "kobi" in Japan would be rather awkward, as it means "copulation". 😆

LOL Dan Da Dan theme playing in the alleyway
Those alleyways seems very cozy, yet the people aren't that open in public.
Zane, who’s the lady? You can’t casually drop a new person in the video without telling us who she is. We’re very proud of you.
I would very much like to know as well...she has been in a lot of videos now already
its his sister in law.
She wasn't just dropped in - revert to a few videos back for her formal introduction
Sold us on taking a day trip to Kobe when in Osaka next year 🙌🏻🤙🏻
I was like man that would be a cool hotel to stay in for my trip next year looks neat.....it's a love hotel LMAO 😂🎉 😅

Kobe city is not so popular for tourists yet so underrated city
what is underated about it? doesnt seem to offer as much as others
質問です、あなたが一番楽しかった旅行先はどこですか?
For the first few minutes, I was wondering if you were going to make those terrible deer jokes again.
😂I remembered I had advised American tourists mis-pronouncing “I like Kobe beef” and told them I would not eat beef in love🤣
Kobay not Kobi
SHOCKED!
When did Zane get into a relationship??? I’m so used to him being alone lol. But that’s so sweet
Check back some videos you'll see her appear on o for his trips near the end
