Why there is hypervascularity in sialadnitis and there is no flow in parotid gland abscess ?? And what is the parotid and submandibular gland diameter .. length .. AP.. trans ... ??? I do no please give me answer
Hypervascularity is due to inflammation. And in any abscess, no internal flow is seen however, there can be hypervascularity around the abscess due to inflammation.

What about lymphnodes?should we take it as hypoechoic areas in sjogrens
You can report the lymph nodes. Ultimately, Sjogren's syndrome is diagnosed with a combination of imaging findings, clinical findings and lab tests.

Hypervascularity is due to inflammation. And in any abscess, no internal flow is seen however, there can be hypervascularity around the abscess due to inflammation.
Parotid gland measurements vary but are usually: Length: 4-6cm, Width: 2-4cm, Depth: 2-3cm
Submandibular: Length: 2-4cm, Width: 1-2cm, Depth: 1-2cm
